I went in for a broken tooth from the night before. They made space in their schedule for the appointment. Very professional staff, fixed the problem in about fifteen minutes. The funny part was they kept apologizing because they had taken care of an emergency ahead of me, but I was just grateful to get the appointment on the same day I called. NO apologies owed! Great experience.

I recently had a dental emergency and White Mountain Dental was able to get me in the next day, I had been scheduled for an appointment in November 2021 but contracted Covid and ended up in the hospital and had to cancel. When I explained the situation to them, they were able to get me in that afternoon and I had X-rays and spoke with the dentist and it was decided that I needed 2 teeth extracted, started an antibiotic and returned a few days later. During my visit, I explained why my teeth were in the position they were, I have a daughter who is extremely medically complex and for the last 5 years, my sole focus was on her, it’s so challenging at times and I just didn’t have the money to spend on something like my teeth, They told me they would work with me and for that I was so grateful, I hate the dentist already because it’s not natural and I have anxiety so when you add in a problem, I was already a hot mess! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt comfortable, they were kind and extremely compassionate, I felt like they listened to me and tried to ease any issue I had, they asked about my daughter and I felt like the genuinely cared about the situation I was in. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for the care I received as well as the compassion I felt from the doctors and assistants in that office! It’s not everyday that someone in their position goes out of their way to make you feel relief from pain, as well as relief from the burden that comes along with having your teeth fixed. This place is amazing, if you’re looking for a new dentist office, I highly recommended White Mountain Dental, in my immediate need, they helped me and for that, I’ll forever be thankful!
