Dental Arts of Plymouth has the most caring staff and Dr. Williams.
Everyone is very sincere and Dr. Jeff is an amazing dentist. They aren’t kidding when the name of their clinic includes the word “arts”! Jeff is a true craftsman. Thank you Dr Williams and staff. Oh, and Kerri is a wizard with insurance estimates. My husband and I are fairly new to the area and we will never go anywhere else!

My wife was in need of an emergency dental appointment and from the initial phone call to check out all staff were kind and helpful. She got in the day of the call. She was treated promptly and professionally. The office is clean, tidy, and well decorated. I highly recommend this practice.

Great dentist and friendly staff. They know your name - you’re more than just a file folder here. Only reason for withholding the fifth star is because they don’t take insurance. They’re upfront about it so it wasn’t a secret to me when I became a patient here a couple years ago but $$ adds up fast when routine things like cleanings and X-rays are out of pocket. Otherwise, I’d highly recommend them!

I had cancelled a regular 6 month cleaning appointment due to my having CovId. They had no space built into their schedule due to thanksgiving and Christmas. I was gone for January due to travel. When I got back they were able to work me into an appointment the next morning.
I loved the technician, Michelle. She has years of experience and was very personable. Kudos!

A heads up for other new or existing customers: This was my attempt at becoming a new patient with an urgent but not emergency need. After alot of weekend research to find a new dentist, I booked online through the Appointment Scheduler on their website, and got a texted Appointment Confirmation, but then got an actual call from the office staff that "our location doesn't work on that online booking system, we're owned by a management company that has about 40 locations, and that works for other offices but not us. Plus our one main Dentist is out with broken ribs from a ski accident, and we're still getting setup with another dentist to help come in once a week as backup." She was still willing to book me about 2 weeks out, but based on the mild chaos I said no thank you, I'll find another dentist even if I have to drive further.

All of them took the time necessary to take care of my needs.
Dr Williams was very thorough during the exam.
Julie explained everything in detail.
Kerry also explained everything and answered all my questions patiently.
Nobody rushed through my appointment.
