I can’t say enough about my excellent experience with Dental arts of Plymouth. The staff and assistant were so nice I felt very comfortable. And Dr Williams did such a very thorough job! Above any dentist I’ve ever been to. Very kind! I walked out without one guess about my treatment plan. I would highly recommend Dental arts of Plymouth! :) I would like to add the friendly greeting you receive from Kerri and Dr Williams assistant Julie. So friendly it feels like you’re walking into a home not a dental appointment. I’m no longer a nervous wreck when I go to the dentist, and I just love my teeth!

This place is not the same since Dr.s Brand and Sawicki retired. Nothing terrible happened during my visit but the feeling of being a valued client is gone. No longer checking ,BP , glands, and overall health. They were ready to send me home after x-rays without a cleaning due to a schedule misunderstanding. After scraping my teeth the Hygienist asked if I wanted her to polish them....ummmm, yeah isn't that part of cleaning? She didn't floss out the grit when she was done and didn't even give me a new toothbrush. I was a patient of Dr Sawicki for over 35 years and actually liked going to the dentist. This was a completely different experience

Updated: Dr. Brand and Dr. Sawicki have retired so I wanted to update my review. This office still deserves five stars. The new dentist, Dr. Williams, is phenomenal. He is kind, compassionate, and gentle. I have a lot of work that needs to be done but the way Dr. Williams explained everything to me did not make me overly anxious or overwhelmed. Everyone in this office is wonderful! The office manager, Kerri, is a gem. She is so helpful and kind. I always look forward to seeing her when I go in. I saw Michelle for a cleaning and it was the best cleaning I have ever had, she is great. Julie is an angel, she is just so sweet and reassuring. Cathy is also very helpful and kind. I recommend this office to everyone in the area. Thank you, Dental Art of Plymouth!
Old review: I had not been to the dentist in a long time. I've had some less than stellar experiences at other dentists growing up so just the thought of going to the dentist gave me major anxiety. I had a dental emergency and Dr. Brand was nothing short of professional. He promptly called me back on the weekend and reassured me that he would take care of me. I visited his office on a Monday morning and the entire staff was compassionate, not judgemental in any way. They put my mind at ease and got me an appointment for an oral surgeon for the same week. I recommend Dr. Brand to everyone. He is compassionate, kind, and gentle. Thank you Dr. Brand and staff!
