If you go to this dentist you need to have Ashley clean your teeth. My teeth feel wonderful when I leave. Ashley does such a wonderful job cleaning them. She is very thorough. She is also very welcoming and friendly. I will definitely keep going back. Thanks Ashley!

I just had my teeth cleaned by Amy and my smile has never been brighter! She really took extra time to make sure I was happy with everything and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Moon and his staff were great. They tended to my every need. They run like a well oiled machine. Dr. Moon was so gentle, I had no pain or discomfort during my treatment. I am very pleased.

Friendly and truly care for patients. Minor hiccups with another place I was referred to, but they made sure that I got in when I needed to and smoothed it out as much as possible. Will be using them for any future dental work.

Dr. Moon and the hygienist I had were amazing! I was so happy to have found a dentist for myself, and my family that I trusted and felt comfortable with. I had made an appointment for my children and there was an issue with running their insurance card for their files, and I told them I will figure out but I definitely still want the appointment. They called to check up on the status of the insurance information, and at the moment I was busy so I called back within five minutes. I got transferred to their “overflow” calling service where I asked to speak to Sarah who I talked to previously-they said she was busy, but they would help me. I gave them the correct insurance information and confirmed that their appointment was still scheduled for the date and time and they said yes. I also double checked that Sarah was going to be told that I had called back to confirm the insurance information. I arrived for my childrens appointment and was greeted very rudely with “You don’t have an appointment, it was canceled because you never called back” I tried to explain that I did call back etc and I got an eye roll, and nothing but a bad attitude back. Not a pleasant experience at all. I’m more than understanding that things happen, and I take ownership on my part by not having the correct insurance information and taking time to get back to them. I never once said cancel the appointment if the insurance didn’t work-that was never an issue my children needed the appointment regardless if I was paying cash or going through insurance. I was also never told the appointment was cancelled, until I left work, took my children out of school and arrived to be made to feel like an idiot. It’s too bad, because it’s a great dentist and the other receptionist was sweet, but I’d rather not do business with people that don’t have common decency to try and talk to me without an attitude. I hope they can learn from this experience.

Appointments are always quick and easy! Friendly staff! Highly recommend!
