I had been reluctant to go the dentist during the pandemic. I was appreciative of the measures taken at the office to protect both the patients and the staff. The hygienist was both very professional and personable. She made me feel as my business was appreciated. As always I have nothing but the upmost respect for Dr. Moon. He is always very professional. Every time I have visited this office he is very busy multitasking, but never makes you feel as you are being rushed.

Entire staff is friendly, supportive, and helpful. All are willing and able to explain procedures and concerns regarding dental work or office concerns. They take the time to put a patient at ease! Dr. Moon is reassuring and professional. His work is excellent. There is respect among the staff and clinicians. It is easy to reach the office by phone and to schedule appointments which fit the patient’s needs. My experience has been that prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Dr. Moon/East Rochester family dentistry.

This was my first visit with East Rochester Family Dentistry and I was very happy with my visit. After a loss of insurance and some health issues, I hadn't been to a dentist in 7 years. My visit was for an initial consultation and x-rays but they were able to squeeze in a cleaning for me as well! She did an excellent job of explaining everything that she was doing and what I should be doing at home to keep my teeth and gums in good health. Dr. Moon has an excellent, kind, caring manner that made me feel really comfortable. (I've experienced someone at a different practice who wasn't and that kind of experience leaves a lasting impression). The staff is all very nice to work with and made everything as easy as possible. I'm glad I followed my mother's advice to go there! Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a dentist!

DO NOT GO HERE! My wife, my mother, and I have all had multiple appointments cancelled last minute. When my appointment was canceled last, they told me the next available appointment was two months out.
My wife and both received our first diagnoses of cavities in the same year from this dentist. I then received another diagnosis of a cavity from him that same year. I have been going to a different dentist for 2 years now and no cavities. I strongly believe we were being scammed.
Most recently, we just found out an unknown bill from 2 years ago was sent to collections affecting our credit scores. I did not receive any mail, calls, or texts about this even though I still receive texts about being due for an appointment 2 years later. When I called them, they refused to acknowledge that they did not send us any bill and told me the office manager would call me the next day. Unsurprisingly, no call was received. Unfortunately, I don't even know what this $140 was from but we may have to pay it anyways just to get it off of our credit report...
DO NOT GO HERE! I recommend Alliance Dental on Winter Street.

I've been going to Dr Mooney for years, even after moving 40 minutes away. Dr. Mooney and his staff are extremely friendly and caring. They do great work both routine maintence and cosmetic.

Calm and peaceful. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Dr. Moon is great - sings to his patients. I'd go just to listen to him. Hands down the best dentist I've ever had.
