I have no idea what is going on with this place but trying to make an appt was a nightmare. I tried for 3 months and kept being told I’m not on the roster yet or my insurance isn’t active and the 2 women answering the phone were always rushing to get me off the phone and were ignoring my questions and just kept repeating call back when ur on the roster which is so rude. Then they said they found my name on the roster and didn’t have a spot till August. Idk if it’s always busy but it was not a good experience. I called my insurance company and they said everything was fine and I’ve been on the roster so I said screw it and found another dentist. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Still love this place. The dental hygienist is amazing, does a thorough job with the cleaning. The receptionist is so nice. And the dentist is awesome! First time with Dr. Tapia and he was great, very thorough.
