For over 10 years. Him and his staff over exceed excellence! Office is pristine call mom staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, willing to help you with any questions you may have. Dr. Jacob is a phenomenal dentist and has made my dental procedures relaxed and easy. I would highly recommend him!!

The hygienist was awesome, Always making sure that I was comfortable and talking me through the process to keep my mind at ease. She was super patient with me during the x-rays, which is the worst part of the process for me. The doctor made me feel like we had known each other for years and was very explicit as to what treatment I needed and what was going to happen next. Definitely recommend a family dental group to everyone, especially those who are afraid to go to the dentist.

It was a great experience for my son. The staff is tremendous and the dental tech who does the X-rays and cleans my sons teeth is great. She also explains anything that needs to be done to his teeth. I recommend anyone whonis looking for a good dentist to go to should go to family dental group

I have been seeing Dr. Alan Jacob for a few years now, and have always had an exceptional experience. His demeanor, and how he treats his patients is quality care at its highest level. As a person with an incredible fear of the dentist chair; I could not imagine having any other Dr. treat me. Dr. Alan truly cares about his work, and his patients and takes pride in all that he does. I especially like the fact that he takes time to explain his method, and what his recommendations are. I was recommended there by family friends years ago, and I have since passed on the word to others looking for quality dental care. The staff is friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They have always worked with me to fit me in for a schedule or any other issues I may have. Dr. Jerrold Jacob is very friendly, and always takes time out to say hello and talk to everyone in the office, regardless if you are his patient or not. I can also say Diane has given me the best cleanings I have ever received. Overall, top notch service, customer care and follow-up, and best Dr. around. I still may not like the dentist chair, but this is the only place I will come back to!

I ran into this office by accident because I wanted to personally get information on a procedure needed. Lord in behold I met Vinnie the awesome receptionist that greeted me. I knew I hit a homer in from the presence of the atmosphere. I am at a family business that we are now calling home. The hygienist Dianne rocks, the best cleaning I can ever remember having. Sealing the deal was Dr AJ the coolest handsome genuine guy ever. I am definitely recommending friends and family to my new home. Thanks guys you all rock high five
