Do not cheated by the fake 5 star reviews! This place looks very nice and people act very nice at the beginning. Father and son had a fight during consultation and the son said "Jesus..." and left, which is extremely not respectful.

During the phone, they promised the consultation will be free since I think $200 for the consultation is very in reasonable. But the reality is after the consultation. The front desk girl asks me to pay. I said you said the consultation would be free. She said, no I said It's $200. I would literally call the police if she keep asking me pay... But then she said, okay okay, it's okay.

Anyway... I was really mad on that day. I went to a lot of consultation to find the best ortho. I was here because of the 5* rating. I am not here to hear the fight or to be charged unreasonably.

Real Smile Dental put fraudulent claims on 9/27/2018 that I received 7 fillings and other dental work that I never received.

The one and only time I received any services from Dr. Rubinov was on 1/13/2018. I received one X-Ray, one cleaning and two fillings (and he told my insurance covered and they actually don't- hes out of network for metlife, my insurance).

Below are the claims he submitted to my insurance company for false procedures and dates of the services ( SINCE I WAS IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY AND NEVER RECEIVED THIS MUCH DENTAL WORK IN MY LIFE)

I was in Paris, France from September 21st to September 29th. So its is impossible that I could have received 7 fillings in September. I haven't received 7 fillings in the duration i've been alive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND Dr. Leonid Rubinov DDS PhD. When I called his office his secretary tried calling to tell they submitted the extra claims because my initial visit 6 months ago should've cost more. Then she texted me begging me not to have my insurance company involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTAL OFFICE- HAS DONE THIS TO OTHER CHECK YELP, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER REVIEWS SITES HE CANT COMPROMISE.

Very professional and thorough. Alex was very professional and diligent to ensure I was comfortable. Played music and asked me what music I'd like to listen to, never had that experience before. The office is clean and professional as well.

Real Smile Dental is the best of best. They've been my only dental professionals for over 15 years and going strong. The best of the best.

Stay away if u dont want to be caught off with Bills...they Will charge u til they finish ur coverage. I saw them once this March and was quoted for services that needed to be done, merely X-rays only. No procedures so I told them I’ll ask for 2nd opinion then the clerk told me- I can’t obtain the X-rays TIL insurance pay.. to my surprise they charged me to the roof! For those X-rays...filing even for a claim of last year that I never even met them...ridiculous 1900$ for X-rays cone beam ct and mouth X-ray..Not doing anything at all but XRAYS!! I hate fraud. More over this Health care doesnt improve for clinics or doctors like this! And yeah they’re nice at first til u say I need to seek second opinion- hard sell desperate kind of clinic! Such a cheap shot. Money is written all over them. I don’t usually write this comprehensive- but now I know not all 5 stars are real. Well, not for me and for what they’ve done. I hope u sleep good at night overpricing services such as X-rays!

Very helpful staff. Nice friendly atmosphere. I'm a very nervous patient, but the dental assistant and Dr. Rubinov talked to me and calmed me. All in all very nice experience

I’ve been looking for a dental office for quite some time and have finally found the perfect one. From the staff to the office, everything during my first visit was extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Rubinov and his team are amazing. Cutting edge procedures combined with the best patient care. Couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist.
