Long story short, I had my wisdom tooth surgical extraction done here, I was told by the office manager that I would get $340.00 reimbursement from my insurance carrier. After all the chaos, my insurance carrier only reimbursed me $89.00 because the doctor is not an in-network doctor. THE OFFICE MANAGER TOLD ME THIS DOCTOR IS AN IN-NETWORK DOCTOR. Now I have to absorb the $251.00 difference on my own just because the dentistry lied to me. When you call in and leave message with receptionist, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO CONTACT YOU BECAUSE THEY WON'T.

Be attention!!!! there are 24 hours cancellation policy, even if you call them back in 23 hours 57 minutes, they will still charge you $25, and nobody mentioned it before. So how to deal with my over 1 hour waiting for the first appointment?
