I contacted this place because I was told I needed a endodontist for a root canal. They said they didn't have an endodontist but their dentist performs root canals. They wanted me to schedule an appt. I told them I already did x-rays and I have a referral and with the insurance I have can we start the process because it will take awhile to get clearance. I told them I can email them my x-rays and they said alright. When they received the email they said the dentist still needed to check me out. So I made the appointment which was a week out and I took two buses to get there. When I arrived and filled out all the paper work and was finally taken to the back to be seen I was told they couldn't do it. I had literally just taken my coat off. I was NOT examined at all. Just based on my referral that said I need a root canal I was told no. Which is what I conveyed to the staff several times. Which is what my dentist emailed to them. The fact that they wasted my time in which I could've booked another appointment elsewhere is disrespectful. They also wasted my time and money getting to that place which is absolutely unprofessional. I did my due diligence by giving them ALL the pertinent information beforehand and they still booked me. When I saw the dentist there wasn't even a courtesy exam or even a look at my documents it was just an explicit no. Why wasn't that said initially is beyond me. I cant attest to the actual work they do but in terms of being a professional establishment I can say without a doubt they aren't I promise you. There is no way.

I came here for an emergency visit.
They took my X-rays and the doctor was able to do the treatment on the same day. All the staff here are very kind ! Highly recommended.

This is one of the better dental offices I have been to by far in the area. All the staff are very polite during my appointments. Dr. Rana is very friendly,
she respects and cares for my needs and took the time ensure what problems are needed to be addressed. Although I am undergoing major work, the scheduling is streamlined and throughout the process each visit has been a great experience. Would totally recommend this office to anyone!
