The staff is great!!!!! I love the attention they give me.Very Clean And Organized office and they inform you on all the treatment you need giving you a peace of mind. The girls in the front are every informative & very kind, always with a smile on their face & that’s comforting. Dr bandi is always great, awesome dentist!! & the assistants are so nice , I look forward to every appointment !!! I recommend 100% !!!!

The first time I visited was two years ago, I met Dr. Bandi Malika. She was very patient with me as I was emotional about the pain I was in. I was diagnosed with periodontics and there was a lot of work ahead to be done. She answered all of my questions, told me what was going on in detail, and we got through each visit as painlessly as possible. She's personable and makes sure I'm comfortable before she begins working on me. No matter how busy she is, she shows patience but gets everything done adequately.
For check ups and cleanings, I visit with Dr. Rana. She is very gentle with her work knowing a patient can have other dental problems that need to be worked around. She's excellent at choosing the right specialists to refer you to that are convenient to get to. She takes her time, but is very thorough knowing plaque and signs of decay can lead to more severe issues down the road. There are no right or wrong questions when discussing care with her. She's very understanding.

Dr. Rana & all the staff are wonderful, patient, and KIND. Everyone here is pleasant, professional & makes you feel like a patient and not just a client, a person and not a number or just another appointment. When I first came to this practice I was in a word terrified, I had already had a bad prior experience with another dentist at a different practice and had been told for the first time in my entire life that I had a cavity. I had not just one but multiple so understandably as it was my first experience having any dental work done I was nervous. At my previous practice when I expressed my feelings, I was laughed at and had eyes rolled at me. I was made to feel even worse in what was an already vulnerable situation emotionally for me. I walked out and never completed the procedure.
I went on the hunt for a new dentist , one that treated me like a human and was kind and patient. I came across Dr. Rana’s info here on google and when I saw the amazing reviews I was cautiously optimistic that this place would be different. When I went in to Harrison Family Dentist to see Dr. Rana I was extremely nervous, shaking, visibly terrified. I was so scared to feel pain, scared of what it would be like, scared to be laughed at for being an adult afraid of the dentist. I was SO unbelievably surprised and greeted with the upmost KINDNESS from the very moment I walked in. The front desk ladies are so kind, courteous and professional and they assured me Dr. Rana would take her time explaining everything to me and make sure I was comfortable. The ladies that did the x rays were so patient and kind, everyone was just exactly what I needed when I was so scared. They listened to my fears, answered my questions, made me feel heard and I will forever be grateful to them for that.
Dr. Rana was everything google reviews said she would be and more. She is kind, patient, she explains everything she’s doing step by step, she lets you know if you don’t feel comfortable or need to have her stop for any reason to let her know & just lift a hand up. She explains everything and she checks in with you periodically while working to make sure you’re ok. I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire staff. I’ve been coming here for months now and I love how im treated when I’m there. I highly recommend them to anyone who is apprehensive about the dentist or anyone who like me was absolutely terrified. They will have the patience to calm your fears and talk you through your questions, they will treat you like a human and be respectful of your anxiety regarding dental work. I also felt comfortable with all of the health and safety precautions put in place to help patients feel safer during covid 19. I appreciate their effort in making the whole process as safe as possible. I know this was long but I wanted to make sure I did Dr. Rana and her staff justice because they deserve every bit of kindness returned back to them. Dr. Rana is GREAT. Always happy and greets you with a smile. The front desk girls are really nice and friendly. The office is always clean and cozy. Definitely would recommend :)

(A year later) I still go to Dr.Rana! She is the only dentist I trust because she is always gentle and kind. I never have to worry about her messing up my teeth.

Dr. Rana actually makes coming to the dentist a good experience. I’ve gone to her for two years and she is always calm and compassionate which makes getting any work done less stressful! The entire office staff is also professional, friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a dentist, I would definitely recommend this practice.

Dr.Rana is by far the best dentist I’ve ever met. Dr. Rana explains every step and takes her time with all of her patients. The visit was smooth and quick, she’s gentle and makes sure you don’t feel any pain and if you do she makes sure to make the procedure as painless as possible! If you’re looking for a new dentist she is it, you won’t be disappointed!
