I absolutely love this place. I brought my daughter there once at an early age and they patiently handled her and said we don’t want her to have a bad experience let’s wait until she’s ready. This year I brought her back and wow from Vanessa at the front desk to Lahisa the hygienist and the Dentist all were incredible and accommodating. I live in Pennsylvania and will not go anywhere else!! I have no problem taking the ride to continue our care here.

I've been going to Charmoy Dental for years and my experience has always been truly excellent. The front desk staff is courteous and knowledgeable, Dr. Shultz, the lead dentist, and Dr. Silvestri, the periodontist with whom I've worked, are both very skilled practitioners. The office is cheerful, very clean, and it's clear that the people working there really like each other. It's a pleasant environment.
I just had my teeth cleaned yesterday by LIsa, one of their dental assistants. My teeth always have to be cleaned by hand because they are sensitive. Lisa did an amazing job, but I've simply never had a bad experience there, no matter who helps me. I highly recommend this practice. They are genuinely about their clients and will take good care of your smile.

Andrea is the best at cleaning. I really enjoy my cleanings because she never hurts me and is very thorough. Also, Stephanie at the front desk is amazing and super helpful when it comes to dealing with insurance. Great job ladies!

I had such a pleasant visit here as a new patient! The receptionist i spoke to, Stephanie was so polite and helpful and was able to check my insurance benefits and explain everything in detail to me! She was very communicative and super easy to work with. She was able to accommodate my cleaning appointment around my schedule. My hygienist was very gentle and so sweet! I love this place! Had my first appointment today and everyone did such a great job, from reception to management, hygienists, etc. So warm and kind. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists and this place really eased that. I was able to get a cleaning too, luckily they could squeeze me in. Super thorough, very professional. I had Torie do my X-rays and Dana do my cleaning and they were both awesome. Dr Schultz was very thorough with my exam and gave me some helpful info. Even got a discount for my first appointment having scheduling issues. Thank you Charmoy for a great morning!:)

Charmoy dental is the best! My hygienist Andrea was absolutely wonderful and made me feel comfortable and at ease during my cleaning and i have a fear of the dentist. The front desk staff is so welcoming and warming especially Stephanie and Vanessa. They checked my insurance benefits before my visit and just provided excellent customer service! They are so kind! The most wonderful staff, hygienists, and doctors! My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Schultz ever since we moved to Randolph in 2005. We introduced our children to the practice as soon as it was time, and couldn't be more thankful for the patience and gentle care of our little ones.
