If I could give this practice 1 million stars I would. I am extremely phobic of the dentist and they treated me wonderfully, show that they cared, and did everything to make me comfortable. From the hygienist Andrea, to Dr. Schultz, to the wonderful Stephanie at the desk, I could not of had a more pleasant experience. If you are looking for a practice that will make you feel comfortable and cared about (especially if you are as nervous as I am) this is the place for you!

They’re taking necessary precautions for the safety of the patients and staff. I always feel at ease and comfortable when i go there. Nirali does a great job at explaining the procedures and Dr Schultz does a fantastic job at ensuring all of my dental needs. Dr Castro and her staff are absolutely amazing! I am not very brave when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Castro and her team really know how to put me at ease. She is very gentle, thorough, and has a wonderful bedside manner. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I know I am in really good hands as soon as I enter the office.

I go to Charmoy for my annual exams, x-rays and cleanings through their Care to Smile Program. While my visits are usually routine, I recently went into the office for an exam of tooth pain I had been experiencing for a while. The staff was so pleasant and helpful, and I could not have been happier with my visit. Every single person in this office, the reception staff, the hygienists, the dentists, are stellar. Would recommend highly.

I have been going here for several years now and I am so pleased with the patient care. The office and treatment rooms are spotless, the staff is friendand knowledgeable and Dr. Castro is wonderful. She explains every procedure and the justification for doing it. Billing is fair and any questions are answered in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Best dental office I've had the pleasure of visiting. I've been a patient for a few years now, and it's easy to see why this office has earned so much recognition. From routine cleanings and x-rays to more involved procedures, I've consistently been highly satisfied with the work done at Charmoy.
The office is clean and cozy. It's decorated seasonally with some personal touches, and it offers ample patient engagement (plenty of reading material, play area for children, TVs, free wifi, raffles). The receptionists and dental support staff (hygienists, technicians, etc) are very friendly and professional. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. Wait time is minimal; I've even been taken EARLY for my appointment times. And I've never felt like a procedure took longer than it had to. I often get finished sooner than I expect, without feeling like the quality of the work was compromised.
At my most recent visit (10/25/18), I had to get some quick and marginally painless repairs on two fillings. Despite getting up for 8:30am on my day off to get my teeth drilled, I actually kind of enjoyed myself thanks to Marcia and Dr. Castro. They made the whole experience quite pleasant. But that's exactly what I'd expect; they're in the business of maintaining smiles in every way :)
Big thanks to every member of the office. I highly recommend Charmoy Dental Associates. As long as they stay in network, I'll be going to them!

If you're looking for a great dentist and team, I highly suggest Charmoy Dental. The whole staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and comfortable with whatever you need done. I've never used this phrase to describe an appointment at the dentist office before, but the whole staff truly makes the whole process so easy, welcoming, and enjoyable.
