If your trying to figure out how to stop snoring and get a normal nights sleep, do yourself a favor and go see Dr Boardman at Ridgewood Dentistry. The entire staff will treat you like your part of their family. Because of the oral appliance that Dr Boardman set me up with, I NO LONGER SNORE!!! I can’t thank them enough!!!
