Albuquerque Modern Dentists has been taking care of me for years. In the 25 years I've lived in Albuquerque, Albuquerque Modern Dentists is the best and I've seen many different dentists in Albuquerque. They are very professional, warm, friendly, flexible, and ready for anything.

I would not recommend this place. They will quote you a price, you settle it and pay it there. Then months later, they send a bill saying that you magically owe more. Got a chipped tooth replaced and their quality of work is subpar, went to another dentist to fix their problems

Dr Urbane is AMAZING!!! I am deathly afraid of dentists and I had a tooth that was killing me so I decided to make an appointment. When I say deathly afraid I mean putting a cat in water afraid . They got me in same day and made me feel relaxed and calm. They gave me a prescription to help me sleep during my root canal and crown procedure a few days later and honestly it was the best experience EVER, I know that’s weird to say after a root canal but honestly this office treated me with such care, integrity and gentleness that I am actually looking forward to seeing my new guy Dr Urbane again for my regular care! Thanks AMD!!!

The staff is disorganized and have messed up on our appoints more then once. My wife came in for two procedures and instead of doing them both in one day, like they said, the staff broke it up into two days then the dentist had to get upset at them because it should have been done all at once, especially since she was pregnant and dental issues can affect the fetus.

Then they canceled my appointment because I didn’t answer their phone call that came up as spam. If that is in their policy then they should say that so if someone misses their call they don’t take off of work for no reason.

Also their process is salesmany they have you come in to tell you what they “will do” and then do nothing other then an exam and book you for another day. Again this place a zero regard for your time.

They did nothing to try to resolve the issue, I would not recommend anyone go there that values their time.

Great experience! Dr. Urbane and Kayla really did a great job with giving me the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever had without making it painful or unnecessarily overpriced. Definitely will continue my dental care here in the future! Would recommend!

The people that work at this office make you feel really comfortable and they are all so nice. I completely trust the doctors, they never try to sell you something you don’t need. Wonderful experience!!

Horrible service! I called them on a Wednesday with a horrible tooth ache because they were my in-network provider for my insurance. I was writhing in pain and needed a root canal. The receptionist told me that a root canal was only possible on the following Friday—9 days from the time of the call— since the specialist comes in that day.

I made the appointment with them and they told me that I need to provide them with my x-rays and a referral from my primary dentist by no later than Tuesday of the following week so that the root canal can take place.

I dropped the document and the x-ray CD on Friday , a week before my root canal appointment . On the day of the root canal, however, as soon as I walk in, one of the receptionists tells me that I hadn’t given them any of the documents that they had asked for and so they can’t do the root canal that day—only a consultation would be done.

I told them that I had submitted everything that they had asked for and I am in a lot of pain. She right away changed her words and said we can only do consultation today regardless of your documents!!!

First of all, they lost my documents and blamed me for not giving them the documents and secondly, they gave me misinformation about my appointment. I told them I didn’t need their service and want my documents back. Lo and behold! After some argument, they did find my documents sitting right on their table, which they hadn’t even touched and blamed me for not brining them!

Don’t go here, please! They neither care about patient’s pain, nor they value patient’s time and effort. They will blame you for their mistakes.

Dr. Ye and her staff are very punctual, proficient, and professional . Dr. Ye identified a need for a gum tissue cleaning and a root canal and crown . I saw all of the X-rays and photos that clearly showed that I had the conditions that Dr. Ye identified . I at no time ever felt pressured to get anything other than the crown. The crown was important due to the giant cavity in my tooth and my tooth was close to breaking . She gave me a print out of all the costs and told me to think them over, I have a good insurance that covers about 80% of costs . I experienced no pain and was done within that same day . If you ever have questions about the procedures and the costs make sure you vocalize it to the staff they are more than transparent about it. All of the staff had been attentive , respectful, and helpful during each visit . I appreciate the quick but gentle care they have provided me at each visit .

This people who practice and work here are very warm and committed to making the best experience possible for their clients, including being sensitive to my emotional needs after unexpected oral surgery. We are setting upon a special treatment protocol and I feel very well cared for.
