When you arrive, call them and they meet you outside to take your temperature. My hygienist wore 2 masks and a face shield. The dentist came in at the end and also wore two masks. Made me feel comfortable. I put my mask back on as soon as my cleaning was done.

I have had two crowns done and both came out great. They really took the time to match the color to my other teeth. They got me in and out. No waiting around like other Dr. Offices. The staff is great and Eileen is the best hygienist ever. I highly recommend Family Dental.

Overall very good care by staff. First time there after the switch in Dr. So was hesitant at first. BUT the Mrs Dr Allen was very knowledgeable and attentive.
Only recommendation would be for the staff to introduce themselves to the patience to make it a little more personal.

Family dental center is awesome! They are like family, which is really nice. I have been using them for the past 3 years. I drive 3 hours to this dentist, what does that say? I had a root canal done two years ago and I didn't feel any pain, to me that was amazing. Today I went in for an infected abscess. Looks like another root canal after the infection is delt with, I'm actually not worried, I know it will be ok. I don't have insurance, but they have a plan that gives me 2 cleanings and x-rays, and 20% off all other work. We'll worth it . Prices are reasonable and they are high tech. Highly recommend!

I was a client of these dentist for almost two years, and finally I was tired form everlasting crooked attitude. The dentists do their work ok, however equipment is a bit old. Hygienists are very good, but they spend a lot of time on trying to sell you deep cleaning. Doing cleaning by insurance is convenient however.
But after any other care, the same annoying story is repeated. The angry lady in reception (but with good imagination), writes a bill with no existing date and services. When I show a data from my insurance company, she very dissatisfied writes a new bill with correct data and less amount. One time they sent me two slightly different bills for actually the same care wanted I paid them both. Such an attitude is revolting. The last time, I came for fixing a little crack. The dentist said that it could not be fixed but I need to make a new crown. When I said that I will not do it immediately, they charged me $60 for 2 minute of consultation. From these two minute, one was spent on How are you doing.
I recommend this dentistry only for cleanings paid by insurance, as well as for a visit by tax inspectors to limit their financial imagination. In other cases, I should always compare their bill with insurance claim information. And to look for another dentist for saving your money and nerves.

What an amazing visit! The staff is all very friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by Victoria who was very gentle, very personable and did an amazing job. I have been seen by both Doctors and I would never go anywhere else.
