The whole staff has always been amazing and understanding with my daughter. Dr. Huang and the hygienist always include me in everything they do and explain everything to me. They are extremely affordable and I just can’t recommend them enough. I want to thank everyone at Rainbow Dental.

Rainbow Dental is an awesome practice. The staff is so wonderful and courteous. My husband and I have had wonderful experiences and our children do great with Dr. Huang. He’s excellent with our family. When I first came to him, I had an extreme phobia to getting any dental work because of my fibromyalgia. He is always so reassuring and gentle. I no longer have a phobia. I highly recommend Rainbow Dental.

My 9 year old went in to have a tooth extraction. They gave her the numbing shot and waited approximately 2 minutes before proceeding. My child was screaming and crying saying she was in pain and the assistant just kept telling us that "oh she is not in pain". We told them to stop and left. We are never going back and I'm am reporting them the every agency I can find. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!!!

My family has been going to Rainbow Dental since my son was three years old. He is now 17. Now my daughter being eight. They look forward to dentist visits. The staff are very friendly, understanding, and have an all around sense of comfort.

Three days and my temp. crown broke - eating breakfast: eggs beacon, cheese on a piece of toast. I guess since this was installed by the 'assistant' and not the dentist himself - what can you expect? Interesting that I am paying top fees for the dentist to do the work and the 'assistant' does it all. Oh, and do not believe the hours painted on their glass door. As indicated 'hours of operation 7:30 - 5. I was there at 7:30 with no life in sight. After this crown replacement - they will not see me again!

We've been coming here for a while but lately I've notice service has been very bad. Dr Shawn did fillings for both my kids and I and both my my kids fillings have fallen off on one of their teeth and when I asked to bring my son to get fixed the girl who answered phone was rushing me off phone and said to just bring him in at a certain day and when we brought him in she didn't put him down for replacement filling instead for a checkup so we had to reschedule. A month later my daughter's filling falls out and when I make an appointment to get replacement the dentis says she developed a new cavity on the same tooth and will have to charge me more money. Seriously? She got a new cavity on the same tooth he just put a filling on? I'd say Dr Shawn is not doing a very good job on applying these fillings if they are falling off and developing new cavity on same tooth he just put a filling on, but wants more money. He put a filling on my molar also and I can feel a deep hole and when I asked him about it he says it just takes time getting use to but it's been 4/5 months and still feel no filling there. I wrote them an email about their service but they never even bothered to write back. Just shows the lack of professionalism and customer value this place has. Never coming back here again!

The facility is nicely kept and staff is cordial. However I recently took my son for a tooth ache that required dental work not provided in the office. When we went back to this office for the finishing touch I was then informed of another cavity that I feel I should have been advised of when he went in 2 weeks ago.

This place is terrible. If I could leave off the ONE STAR rating, I would. Zero stars from my family and I.The staff and dentist were super un-friendly. When they called both my children back for checkups, they didn't ask if I wanted to come with them. The secretary and dental assistant barely even glanced at or acknowledged my presence. My daughter reported that they were ROUGH with her, and her mouth hurt afterwards, and my son stated that they gave him a filling....all without communicating to me, or my children, what was going on. TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. The people here are not people OR child friendly, and they do NOT care about their patients.
