Got there early and sat there waiting while other people that arrived after me were called. No one informed me there was going to be a delay, until I got up and asked after more than 15 minutes of waiting. When I decide to leave she apologizes and tells me I have to wait more. Tells me it’s because they were verifying my insurance. When actually she had just returned from her lunch and barely verified my insurance. What a waste of time, but apparently only their time is considered.

I clearly said I wanted an appointment to be seen by periodontist but was seen by regular dentist and I still had to pay $200 out of my own pocket just for a review, this is something my dentist does, and it doesn't cost me anything because it's covered by my insurance. I was not happy at all with the experience
