One visit, one cleaning and talking with Benjamin has given me hope to change my perspective!!! This was an emergency visit and I got lost and was late BUT I was welcomed and taken immediately to a treatment room for x-rays by a very understanding and graciously personable member of staff. The Dr. came in shortly and examined me and xrays and focused entirely on me until I'd been briefed with a plan of action. I came in really worried and hurting but I understand now clearly what's wrong and possible outcomes. A1++++ all around. The best outcome I could hope for under circumstances!

Have had good service over the years. However, after my cleaning appointment today, I left feeling less than satisfied. Leah's computer didn't work so measurements were not taken. Another staff person mentioned it could be my account.
I drink coffee and tea so my teeth get stained. At my previous dentist's practice (Dr Supple retired early), I was not reminded how stained my teeth are. I believe the job of a dental hygienist is to clean, polish and X-ray your teeth as recommended. Let's put on a smile even if hidden.
