I called and made an emergency appt. The receptionist was so kind and fit me in at 4 PM. Was my first visit; was referred by East Mountain Dentist for holiday emergencies. Dr. Stogsdill did an x-ray and found out that I had a cracked tooth. Thank God the antibiotics I had been taking prior to this visit helped the swelling. Now I know what the problem is, and next step is to try and get a crown for the cracked tooth. Thank you Doctor Stogsdill, Carmen the dental technician and the very kind Receptionist. Happy New Year.

Look, if you are looking at reviews looking for a new Dentist, this is the place you want to go. I promise you that you will not be let down. I have referred about 25 people to Dr. Thompson and not one of them hasn't been blown away by the doc and his RIDICULOUSLY talented staff. They are amazing. They do all the little things that you never think about when going to the Dentist and it shows. His team takes their time, explains everything you need to know about your teeth and what's happening, and he always goes the extra mile.
Just an example of Dr. Thompson awesomeness:
My wife had dental work done on December 23rd of last year. She was referred to a specialist to have the tooth removed and an appointment was made to make that happen after the holidays. Christmas morning she was in excruciating pain and couldn't eat or drink anything. We called Dr. Thompson's office, they paged him and he called us back on Christmas. Then he and another member of his staff met us at his office to get my wife some relief. On Christmas, this gentleman left his family and came to help mine.
I cannot tell you enough about how great this office is. This is how a business should be run. It is just phenomenal.

When this office was just Dr. Thompson it was great. Sadly Dr. Thompson is retiring. A new younger dentist is taking over. My level of coverage changed with the new dentist. The office worked with me to resolve this issue. I hope come next year they are back in network.
