I always love everything about my experience with Pinion Hills Dental. From the appointment scheduling, reminder texts, greeting at the front desk, waiting room music, kind and thorough consultation, quality of work Dr. Watson provided, right through to the PERSONAL follow up call by the Dr himself ! This is the quality of service and business model all businesses should aspire to follow. The only reason I would not refer someone to this business is the thought they might actually get too busy to see me ! 😉 I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to Pinon Hills Dental. 100% recommend ! They were welcoming and pleasant and I enjoyed that they had no problems with my toddlers and helped them have a good experience for their first time. My kids loved it and I did too.

Still a lovely place! When I did not think through who was going to watch my 5, 3, and 1 year old while I was in the chair and taking X-rays, Mariah helped hold the baby and also he sat in my lap with no problems. I know God’s presence was with us keeping the other two calm as well! Through bathroom runs and soap in the eyes, Yvette expressed all patience and care for my littles; I never felt like my kids were a burden to anyone and that means the world to me since I have not experienced much of that since my transition into motherhood six years ago. Thank you, Rena, Yvette, Travis and Deidra, and Mariah for providing a caring and peaceful environment for our family’s dental care!!

The dental work was great.
How billing works was not explained particularly well. I am looking at my bill now and it is unclear why I paid what I did when it appears my insurance will cover nearly all of the cost. How does the dental office coordinate with insurance companies to get paid? Does the dental office take the initiative or is it up to the patient now to recover the cost? I would like to be able to understand the process before my next appointment.

Travis Watson was truly the most kind, compassionate, honest, and detail-oriented dentist that I have ever been to. I have had work done by at least a half dozen or more dentists over the years, and Dr. Watson was BY FAR the most compassionate, kind, and caring when it came to my procedure and dental work needs. I couldn't possibly recommend. Dr. Watson and Pinon Hills Dental any higher. Five stars isn't enough. Dr. Watson should get 10 stars. If there was a Nobel Prize for dentistry, Dr. Watson should win it--and many times over. If you're considering a dentist in the Farmington area--or beyond (I came from Durango)--Dr. Watson should be your choice. Beyond belief, you'll actually look forward going to the dentist. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Watson's skill, compassion, and kindness--and you will be too.
