I usually have a decent experience here however the last few times I’ve gone in I have had to wait over 45 minutes when I arrive to my appointments at least 10 minutes early. Scheduling is a major issue at this office and they don’t consider the time patients take out of their work day to make it to and from their appointments within a timely matter. If an appointment is scheduled for 10:30 and I’m made to wait until 11:30 then schedule me for 11:30 and get me into my appointment on time. Totally ridiculous.

I was petrified and I found her to be on point I had an abscessed tooth she started treatment immediately. The staff were great and they were accommodating.

From the moment I called to make the appointment, the staff were so nice and friendly. Dr. Ashida and her staff were thoughtful of my needs and accommodations. Thank you Dr. Ashida and all your staff. Super amazing service!

Excellent care and service. From their wonderful front desk person, dental assistants and Dr Ashida herself, I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and she was very gentle and caring.

The worst experience, went in with toothpain 10/10 pain, crying and the dentist didn’t even come talk to me. Prescribed me antiobiotics and told me to come back in a week. Well she told her X-ray tech to tell me because the dentist didn’t even acknowledge me. Will not be going back. Ended up going to the ER because the pain was unbearable, 3 day stay in the hospital and I finally found a dentist to take my tooth out shortly after discharge from the hospital. Do not reccomend if you have a dental emergency!

The front office staff is very nice, I only have nice things to say about them. Other than that this was terrible care. I am a cultural mentor for an Afghani refugee family. The mother of the family had not been to a dentist before and thus had much work that needed to be done, she does not speak English either. I took the mother in for a tooth extraction with her 14 year old son to translate for us. The dentist did not clearly communicate what was going to be done. We had decided in our previous visit that only the bottom tooth would be removed and that we would wait and see if the top one would heal. After taking the bottom tooth out we were surprised that the dentist was going to take the other top tooth out, at which the mother objected (she didn't know how she would be able to eat). Part of the plan was to fit her for partial dentures. They said that they would not fit her for partial dentures until they removed the top tooth, it seemed like this was almost out of spite. The dentist got mad and left, I could hear her muttering under breath as she walked away. The mother was not a great patient obviously, she reached up a couple of times, but she wasn't that bad either for never having done this before. She was in a lot of pain and discomfort and was scared. She was given no compassion or agency. She was treated less than human. After the extraction the dentist walked away and no one gave us any aftercare instructions and I was so upset that I forgot to ask (failure on my part). This family was resettled here because the father fought for the US and would have been in a very bad situation had they not been evacuated. She should have been treated with respect and compassion. I truly regret helping set up this appointment for this really strong and brave mother.

Had a very nice experience with Dr. Ashida and her staff. After completing my yearly exam with my Medical Dr. in the morning, I called Dr. Ashida's office and asked if maybe I can come in earlier for my check up. The front desk receptionist checked and found an opening right away. They were willing to wait for me to get to the office. Upon arriving and checking in, they saw me within 5 to 10 minutes. I had my x rays, cleaning and Dr. Ashida checked my teeth. Over all a very good experience same as always. Thank you Dr. Ashida and staff for your continued excellent service these past years.

I thought long and hard about writing this but I feel like I was unheard and misunderstood. I am disabled and have a hard time explaining myself. I was telling the assistant my issue and what insurance told me what they would cover. She became rude and cut me off and was argumentative that I was wrong. I understand that I may had been misinformed by my insurance of what was covered. A simple explanation that they could request the procedure but be prepared that the insurance might be denied would have been better. I told her I couldn't do this with someone who would argue with me and that I would leave. She said OK BYE YOU CAN GO and walked off. I apologized to her and Debbie for being upset and the assistant chuckled to herself. During my xays she told me that you came after me so of course I am gonna come after you . I had work done by Debbie in the past and I appreciate her but I cannot go back there when her staff is so rude.

Dr. Ashida is pleasant and knowledgeable. I usually wait 15-20 minutes from the time of my scheduled appointment to the time that they actually start working on me. The office staff is pleasant and the dental hygienists vary. I go in for regular cleanings and have had a bridge put in by Dr. Ashida. Overall, I am satisfied and haven’t had any major issues.
