Facing staffing shortages Dr Ashida perseveres. I have to applaud her courage and willingness to perform whatever tasks are necessary to keep her patients on track with routine dental work. With my mouth opened wide and unable to speak she filled me on her daughter's graduation, her family members struggle with Covid and her cats. It was an entertaining cleaning.

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Ashida is excellent. My only problem is the wait time. I give it a 2-hour gap time for wait and work on my teeth so I can get to other appointments, most of the time it goes on for 3 hours.... just for a cleaning. Egh.... that's too long. She shouldn't stack so many patients up on top of each other. 😒 Otherwise, they are a good dental facility. 😊

Dr. Ashida does not care about peoples time. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen. She overbooks and expects people to wait. I let the front receptionist know that i would be waiting in my car, due to having a child with me. I went inside after 35 minutes to be told that receptionist went to lunch and did not notify the other receptionist i was waiting. Poor excuse on her end with her reply. This is an every visit occurence. Quit overbooking Dr. Ashida and you will not have unhappy clients. It was a miscommunication on your end that had nothing to do with me. Will be finding a new dentist. Anyone who likes to spend 2 plus hours at dentist go see Dr. Ashida!! :)

The Doctor, Dr. Ashida, was on time, friendly, and straight to the point. In fact, all the dentists I've ever gone too have never been on time! All in all, I would give this place a 4.75-5 for cleanliness, respectfulness, and quality. Highly recommended Dentist.

First the office is ghetto, so the back area where work is done is the same. As far as the extraction i got. The dentist messed up and didnt stop even though she could see my discomfort and numb me more. "The client should not feel anything"!!!She continued and i felt everything. After words knowing they messed up The dentist ran across the building and the assistant rushed me out the door still in pain. I Will NOT be going back ever i do not recommend. spend the money and go to a better dentist

If I could give 0 STARS this place is an absolute moss pit !!!!!to start with every plant in this place is dead like the professionalism of Dr Ashida this woman has no care for patient satisfaction because her " long days" are preventing her from finishing her job so she can double charge our insurance in order to get her $ worth as we were told to continue her job that we pay her to do. This woman needs to be investigated her place is so unhygienic as they come! A complete oxymoron of what dentist is supposed to be please save your time and $ find a dentist who cares for you in all the right reasons because Dr Ashida is not here for YOU!

I was really terrified of coming to the dentist but the dental assistant that ashida has currently was really gentle.and when I came back for my fills Dr ashida and her assistant worked quickly and I was pleased with my results. I recommend this place if your scared of going to the dentist.
