Southwest Family Dental

I just left Dr. Laios office. I needed second opinion. Today i was given hope to save my teeth. I am very impressed with the professional and personal attributes by the staff members. They are ALL on the same page. It's a blessing to expierence such a caring team. I recommend this office to anyone who needs see a dentist. If you dont have one, here they are. Thank you all very much.

I have been to this dental clinic twice for tooth extractions and cleanings and I could not be any happier! With their friendly and genuinely attentive customer service! Thank you doc and staff for a great experience every time!

I had a great experience here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The dental assistants were great and my teeth feel clean the hygienist was wonderful!

I also have Medicaid and went to southwest family dental because they accepted it. At first, they had no dentist. But after some patience on my side, they finally got the dr and she turned out to be rough and fantastic at the same time. I had a roller coaster of emotions with this office. There sister office has a male doctor who has no bedside manner so I don't recommend them, but I do say if you give southwest family a chance, the final result will be happiness. I had to have full upper dentures at 33 years old and the office worked with me on everything. If I had a problem, things were explained to me. I cried at one point because too many teeth were removed and I only had half a smile. But the dr sat down with me and talked about it and I left feeling a little better.
The whole process of getting dentures from what I have heard from other people is about six months. My dentures only took 4 months.
My process started in December with Jessica who is amazing with everyone. By March 30, 2016, I have my new dentures which look and feel great and gave a hug to the Doctor and Adrianna who were the ones who saw my process since mid February.
Liza at the front who does the appointments worked with my schedule, carol was sweet to talk to and everyone I came into contact with turned out to be professional(with the exception of some of the people from the sister office).
All in all... I'm very happy with the doctor at this office, happy with the staff and it only took about 4 months to have dentures put in.
I recommend southwest family dental and the only advice I can give.. Be patient and you will be happy. Even if you're not patient(like me at times), you will still be happy. My opinion is they are a great office and I will definitely continue seeing them.

I love this clinic! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. I was able to be seen as a walk in when I was having trouble with my tooth and when I was seen by appointment their schedule was very flexible.

Great dental experience. Went here after recently moving to Las Cruces. My retainer busted open and the dentist fixed it perfectly! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We have been going to this office for years, but we went to have our teeth cleaned over a month ago with the new dentist and supposedly Dr Liao found 6 cavities! I have had my teeth cleaned every year my whole life and have never had that many cavities. I wasn't able to have them cleaned last year due to family issues. So I thought maybe I could have some cavities. After calling and asking about them, we decided to have our cavities fixed. The doctor is very ruff, not explaining much. I spent 1.5hrs in there. She supposedly found another cavity while fixing three others. Both of us still can't eat on the side she worked on. I have NEVER had sensitive teeth, but now those teeth are still EXTREMELY sensitive a month later. I have been using sensodyne 3 times a day for a month with no relief. We are never going back to this dentist. I probably never even had any cavities. If you want to avoid extreme pain and be told you have 6-7 cavities I would avoid this place! Beware!
