I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband. The staff at the Roswell, NM office were kind, taking the time to walk us both through every detail of the visit. Dr.Taylor took extra time answering all of my questions and after giving me several options of treatment, came up with the most ideal treatment plan for myself and my husband. I personally do not like to go to the Dentist because of the anxiety it produces but I am really impressed with the professional team here. Maricella sat with us and found the best payment solution which we was the best news! I can honestly rate the initial visit as a 5 star and will write a follow up review after our next appointments . I recommend to anyone out there having a difficult time finding not only a great Dentist but also struggling with finances to call Aspen Dental office in Roswell. Let’s start from the beginning when I called to inquire details about ASPEN DENTAL services and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! After speaking with that young lady I felt really good about this place and only hoped my daughter and I would receive the same service as I did when scheduling our appointment. My daughter and I walked in and was greeted by the front desk staff. Brittany was the sweetest young lady, very knowledgeable, and very friendly right along with the dental hygienist whom was incredible as well! After meeting them I just knew the doctor had to be the worst because this experience so far seemed to be too good to be true lol. Dr.Taylor was so AMAZING he answered all of our questions and gave both my daughter and I a great plan of treatment. The entire staff was wonderful!! They listened to our individual needs and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend ASPEN DENTAL in Roswell. This is hands down the best customer service I’d ever seen in a Dental Office!!

I went in here in early April just for a check up and cleaning. They took xrays and immediately showed me that I had two cavities which needed to get filled, among other work. All of the work they suggested was about $500 in total. I have not been to another dentist since that day, and I felt as if Aspen Dental was a little too eager for my business. I just left my first appointment at another practice and I have 0 cavities.
