DO NOT USE CATHEY DENTISTRY IF YOU ARE BCBS OR A FLETC EMPLOYEE!! They told me they take my insurance and that they are in network, BUT THEY AREN'T. Now I'm stuck with a big dental bill just for a teeth cleaning! DO NOT USE!!
