ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL.
if there was less than one star, that's what I would give. I was a new patient coming in for my first procedure appointment. She left me sitting in the dental chair for 50 minutes with no information about the delay. After 50 minutes I left and informed the woman at the front desk that I was leaving because i didn't want work done when I was so upset.
No one from her office even bothered to call or contact me in any way after this happened. I've since gotten feedback from friends who have lived in Taos for decades that she has a long standing negative reputation here.
