I booked an appointment weeks ahead finally got there filled out the sane paperwork they sent to me digitally waited and hour over my initial appointment time for them to tell me no before but after that they’re changing places and don’t have ppl or the tools to help me. And yet they still tried to charge my insurance. Old place or new I will never return to this establishment

Dr Bernabe should be a construction worker and not a dentist. The worst cleaning experience ever. He is extremely rough and doesn't care when you telling him you are on pain. Only about the money. Very poor customer service skills. Definitely I don't recommend this place.

why you SHOULDN’T come here;
1) Doesn’t follow COVID protocols (wearing masks)
2) Extremely unprofessional (the receptionist discriminated my husband based on an UNrelated medical condition, she assumed he would be lying about it)
3) Dentist & his office assistants just discuss their social medias
4) Dentist did a HORRIBLE job with cleansing. (Did the bare MINIMUM, just POLISHED them, NO cleansing)
5) WON’T get seen on time (although the office is empty)(be prepared to sit and wait while the dentist checks his Facebook messages for 40 minutes) (scheduled for 2, was asked to sit in the back at 2:40 after giving a complaint, then was ACTUALLY seen at 2:53. When my husband was called in to the back the Dentist sat next to my husband on a chair for an additional 12 minutes on Facebook!!!!!!!)
6) You would instantly notice that most people in this business do not have the skills necessary to work in ANY sort of office (they seemed to hire randoms with NO experience, NO professionalism, and NO people skills)
7) Cleanliness is subpar.

Excellent Dentist's gets the job done with a kind & gentle hand. All that assist are also kind. Weather i am in pain or not, everyone shows they have a heart. Safety measures are also taken during this time of covid. The staff and assistants are fully masked and also have a shield over that mask.👍👍two thumbs up a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐service if you ask me.

I actually went years ago. I needed a permanent bridge. A good bridge is suppose to last 7 years. Mine was faulty within the first 6 months. Never went back.

I went to that place because an infection they do 2 root canal..but. They don't make right. So the ifection got bigger! I went to check with 2 different dentist the give me the same answer. So i loose me teet and i spend alot money!!... Im no coming back..i don't recommend!!!

Horrible experience they pulled my daughter tooth gave her no antibiotics she got home got an infection she went back to them they told her to take tylenol ended up taking her to Lenox Hill hospital to get it drained will never go back there

I am so sorry but the cleaning they did todaycould have been better. The time spend listening to my concerns was very poor. I had visitando better dentists.
