This place makes going to the dentist an experience I look forward to. When you walk in, you are greeted with a warm smile. The wait time is never more than 5 minutes and the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. When working on my teeth, the doctors always ask me if I am okay and comfortable. They really care! The office is clean and new. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even my kids are happy to go to the dentist!

If I could give Windsor Dentistry a 100 stars, I would! If you or your children are phobic this is the office you want to choose! I have been coming here for serveral years now. The office is cute and warm. Their staff is super friendly and accommodating.
I absolutely love getting my teeth cleaned by Jen. She is the BEST! I have lost the full function of my thumb and this makes it difficult for me to floss. Jen took her time to showed me all the different techniques and ways to keep them clean without the string floss.
Dr. Lombardo is sweet, patient, and never makes me cry! Hahaha I'm a big chicken.
She is great with me and my kids! Especially with my youngest son, who was EXTREMELY PHOBIC, and needed a ton of treament.
She takes her time explaining each step and never tries to surprise or trick you. She really cares about her patients and their overall health. I love how she took the time to call me to check up on my son after his first appointment with her.

I thought I had a problem with a new filling and went in to get it adjusted but it was a 20-30 year old filling that was causing the problems and Dr. Heffez fixed it right away without missing a beat. They always are super nice and accommodating. great team!

The staff are very polite, attentive, knowledgeable and sooo sweet!
One of the staff members (ERICA) was just the friendliest. She was extremely helpful in assuring that I was taken care of from the moment I walked in for my appointment. She even waited with me in the procedure chair (because I was nervous).

I really enjoyed my visit here with Dr.Lombardo.(which never happens, I usually hate visiting any dentist every 6months!)
She welcomed me with a warm smile and soft voice. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted to have done and quickly gave me options about how to address it without making me feel self conscious or silly.
She was extremely professional,relatable & charismatic.
I felt like Dr.Lombardo asked just the right questions and made sure to answer all of my questions as well!!
Unlike other dentist I’ve visited, she was gentle & made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and pleased with the final results before I left!
She did a great job with my teeth and I’d definitely go back!

I went into this lovely dentistry and saw Dr. Lombardo and I must say she was wonderful! I had a good amount of work to be done and she did an ahh-mazing job. She is clearly knowledgeable about what she is doing and is attentive to her patients. For the first time ever I'm excited to go back to the dentist. Doctor Jennifer and Doctor Albert are calming and show a genuine love of their profession and most of all a respect and dedication to their clients. It is a family business and when you go there you immediately feel like part of the family.
