As always, Dr Lombardo and then entire team were top notch. An emergency cracked tooth was repaired perfectly in 20 minutes. I would recommend Windsor Dentistry to everyone, adults, children and fearful dental patients like me! PS, they worked 100% with my physical disability to get the job done.

Great practice-recommend highly. Dr. Lombardo gave me a second opinion on a tooth ache, disagreed with another dentist that recommended a root canal, referred me to an amazing Endodontist who verified that I didn’t need the root canal and saved me $2,300. I switched practices immediately (this was 6 years ago) to Windsor dentistry and never looked back.

I was never comfortable with the idea of going to the dentist. I always told myself I’ll be alright — Just brush twice a day; floss sometimes.
Till one day I learned how vital it was to get your teeth treated by professionals, whether or not you think there’s a problem. I visited Windsor Dentistry for a cleaning and instantly became attracted to their super friendly, non-judgmental approach to treating their clients. I’ve had countless visits after that. Not to mention they have great taste in music.
I definitely recommend this practice to everyone! Kids + Adults!

I would highly recommend Windsor Dentistry! Since coming from San Diego about 5 years ago, my spouse and I have had a challenging time trying to look for a good practice that takes the time to perform a thorough teeth cleaning. Most dental practices perform a cursory, if not poor job with this aspect of the visit, and curtail the amount of time with the procedure. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly. Dr. Jennifer Lombardo has a bundle of positive energy, and her dental assistant Klea was extremely attentive! Even though we live in LIC, Queens, which is a good hour from Brooklyn, we will continue to make the effort to come here.

I've been going to Windsor Dentistry for 6 years now and feel so lucky to have found such a great practice. Booking is always easy, quick and hassle-free. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the hygienists and the dentists themselves is so good at what they do, while also being genuinely personable and down to earth. There's a really comfortable family vibe at the same time as it being a super efficient and professional practice. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and feel like my teeth are really well looked after. I felt inspired to write a review because I recently started bringing my three year old (who had a history of being scared and upset at the pediatric dentist practice I had been taking her to). I was so impressed by Dr. Lombardo's approach with my reticent three year old. She had such a calming and considerate manner with her and explained everything she was about to do in a straightforward and thoughtful, interesting way, which made it easy for a child to understand. My three year old and seven year old went skipping down the street afterwards singing "I love going to the dentist!". It was a truly positive and interesting, fun experience for them. I didn't know this beforehand, but it turns out that they have also now added a pediatric dentist to their team, but I would feel totally confident having any of the dentists there take care of my family's teeth. My husband has also very happily switched to Windsor Dentistry (he used to go to a dentist near his office, but wasn't satisfied with them). One other little thing that I liked was that they are conscious of and concerned about the waste generated by the dentist industry and have switched to compostable cups for rinsing.

The staff is incredibly professional and pleasant. The office itself is spotless, you can really tell how much time goes into making sure the environment is clean. Dr. Lombardo is amazing at what she does. She is thorough, detail oriented and makes sure to clearly explain conditions and best possible treatments. Highly recommend this office!
