My experience with Dr. Cheban & Dr. Sapozhnik at the Smile Design Center has been extremely pleasant. The entire staff made sure I was comfortable and in as little discomfort as possible. I am highly impressed with my experience and can not believe the low level of discomfort for the extensive work that was done after a botched root canal from another dentist.

I got an implant with Dr. ILya Sapozhnik. The process went smoothly and the customer service was great. Dr. ILya Sapozhnik texted me after each step to check what I was doing. I’m really happy with the results. If you need an implant look no further! You have found your dentist. Thanks Dr. ILya Sapozhnik.

I have so many great things to say about everyone! Natae and Tania at the front desk have welcoming smiles every time I see them and are so warming. The hygienist Martina is always so thorough and fun, and the Assistant Maryam is always a pleasure to talk to. Finally the Doctors… couldn’t ask for better. Dr. Sapozhnik and Dr. Cheban are so informative and efficient with their procedures. I always feel so comfortable in their hands- they always take their time and do an AMAZING job!!!! This place is also so clean, modern, and up-to-date with technology.. I love this place. This is the only dental office in my life where I am confident and excited when I refer my family to them. Definitely worth a visit.

The staff are professional, friendly, and courteous. Everything at the location seems to be up to date; feels clean and crisp. I had a root canal performed, and they even checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing. I feel at ease with all the workers here and honestly cannot think of a single complaint. Strongly recommend this office.

Very friendly Doctors and Staff. Always make me feel welcome and their priority. Even with their many patients, I never have the feeling of being rushed or that the Doctors don’t have time. They always seem to have time to talk and joke around with me. I feel VERY comfortable and confident in their ability to administer first class dental service! I strongly recommend their services!

Just visited for my first time after COVID-19 craziness and I was absolutely impressed in the measures taken to ensure both mine and the staffs safety! These people are absolute professionals and demonstrate an honest care for their patients!!!

Today was my first visit as a new patient, and I was impressed! The whole process from making sure they accept my insurance to scheduling an appointment was very easy. I met with Martina, and she was lovely! Very kind and intelligent. What I loved most was that she was educating me throughout my whole appointment, it was very interesting. She also did an extremely good job with my cleaning.

I Highly recommend Smile design! Dr. Alla Cheban! she is a great doctor, great bedside manner , very gentle! she genuinely cares about her patients. I felt very at ease with her while she worked on my teeth she made the procedure seamless! Not to mention they offer very advanced techniques that can save your teeth as it is in my case. I would not hesitate to make an appointment if you need major dental surgery. Book your appointment with her! I can not recommend her enough!

I was in need of a new Dentist and thought I would go for a consultation and see how it went. Understand I am a chicken (I added this to my information) but this had to be the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist office. Everything was explained in words anyone can understand and I didn’t feel pressured or anxious but only calm. I go back in a week or so to have some work done but right now I couldn’t be any happier. What a great place. The staff is so friendly and nice. I can update this after my next appointment but so far I feel like this will be the Dentist for me. You won’t be disappointed.
