My daughter (age 20)was seen a month or so ago, they told her a old root canal didn't take on a front tooth of hers and they needed to take the tooth out, do bone graft, give a flipper tooth for a couple months until she could get the implant. None of this seemed out of the ordinary to her or me, since she had major mouth trauma when she was 14. Moving forward, they say they have to remove the tooth to see if insurance would cover the rest, and the girl adalyn tells her it should be covered because she's under 21. (Insurance pays for removal, cash for graft and flipper tooth) Low and behold implant gets denied by insurance. She calls to question it, I call dentist question it, adalyn is nothing but rude to both of us, tells us both that she has never seen an implant coverd (so she lied) and tells us we can appeal with insurance and tells me my daughter should of asked more questions (I agree, but maybe the actual adult medical professionals should have some morals and ethics and not lie to a child). So my daughter calls her insurance to find out why it was denied (as this is restorative not cosmetic) and file an appeal, she is informed that the removal was submitted, but the graft and flipper was never submitted to insurance and that's probably why implant got denied. Insurance isn't seeing it as a necessary procedure, so neeedless to say we will not be back there. They are clearly running something very shady there, whether it's insurance scams or not, I won't trust them with my dogs teeth, much less anything else. I don't know how the dentist himself is, because he won't call me back to talk about this, but the girls at the desk are the rudest most incompetent office people I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and go else where

Best dentist I've ever had. His work is amazing. I just had gotten a crown, and it was perfect. He really takes time to make sure it is perfect. He also knows I'm afraid of needles, so he does everything to make me more comfortable. Such a kind and gentle doctor. It feels like family there. Elie and Mrs. Noel are the sweetest and kindest ladies I've ever met. The dental assistants are awsome as well. Couldn't ask for a better place. Love them all.

I haven’t been to the dentist for quite a few years, so i was extremely nervous to initially come in for a new patient visit. The staff was extremely friendly, made me feel like my concerns were heard and valid. Helped make a plan of attack for future visits and at home care. They truly care about their patients, and their top priority is giving them the most comfortable and considerate care possible. I can’t believe that I can say that I’m actually excited to go to the dentist now! Thank you AffableCare!

when I first came here I brought my husband who had dementia. The whole staff and Dr, Noel were very kind and patient with him. I also go there and am very pleased with them.

I mean sure some of you seem to experience no problems here, realistically they are very rude and have no mind to anyone with anxiety or mental problems! I wish everyone could experience a good dentist especially for surgery.. I DEFINITELY recommend westermeier Martin dental care in EA best team there out of many of the Surgeons I’ve talked too! If I could i’d reach out to the owner to see how they think that’s alright!!!

Love going to the dentist, Affable Care Dentistry that is. As soon as you walk in the staff greets you, they are pleasant, fast & efficient. Dr. Noel and his assistants are truly amazing. Professional without a doubt. He made my mouth look and feel amazing. I love this place, you got to try it you will not be disappointed!!!

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist after several previous experiences, and I didn't go for a full 8 years because of my last one. I decided to finally make myself go, and I picked Affable Care. I'm so happy to say that I had a great experience! Every person I spoke with was very kind and understanding of my anxiety and fear, and the sedation process was also explained when I asked. I just had 3 fillings done and they let me use sedation, and during the process, they were kind enough to check on me, constantly reassure me and inform me of what was going on and how close we were to being done, and even let me put on headphones throughout to drown out the awful drilling noise! Happy to say for the first time in a long time I'm not dreading my 6 month checkup.

I am terrified of dentists and dental work and Dr. Noel was amazing. I had an urgent dental issue and he took very good care of me. He was able to get me in to see him very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Both him and his staff were excellent. Extremely patient and explained my condition and the treatment very well prior to proceeding. I would highly recommend him.

I used to be nervous to go to the dentist and since going to Affable Care, that nervousness has left. I previously had fillings done incorrectly that created further issues and needed to be corrected. Dr. Nöel treated me and corrected the issues my past dentist created. I have not had any cavities or procedures needed since switching to Dr. Nöel.

My brother is a patient of Dr. Noel. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Dr. Noel works very hard and is very detailed oriented. He invests in the latest equipment so that he can give quality service to his patients.
