Everyone at lalor dental has always been friendly and has gone above and beyond in helping me when I had a bad tooth abscess and had to have my tooth pulled. I recently had my 6 month cleaning at Lalor Horseheads office and as usual it was a great experience! I was so appreciative they were able to schedule my appointment to a sooner date due to a concern I had. The exception to changing appointments is being scheduled with a hygienist you may not typically see which isn’t that big of an issue as they are all wonderful. I was scheduled with Aleata who is amazing, kind and very experienced in her field. I’m so pleased that Lalor Dental has a Horseheads office. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been to the Horseheads, NY location several times since moving to the area and have been very happy with my experiences thus far. In addition to a great (comfortable and safe) environment, this location features a staff that is equal parts skilled, friendly, and accommodating. When I was dealing with a sudden elevation of pain near a troublesome tooth, the staff made time for an emergency visit, where the dentist ensured me the pain was temporary and everything was okay. I would recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

The staff at Lalor Family Dental were incredibly kind and efficient at their jobs. My dental hygienist, Lauren, was so nice and really took her time cleaning my teeth and making sure I was comfortable the whole time.
