Dr. Marz is a top notch professional and runs an excellent practice. Note: I have experience with a number of dentists in 60 years.

The work on my crowns, and teamwork with the oral surgeon on implants is excellent. The staff is well trained and friendly (Melissa does excellent cleanings)

The office is very nicely designed and clean. Costs and insurance coverages were estimated and reviewed in advance. Access and parking is excellent. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

This review is for individuals who do not like needles and/or are apprehensive about pain especially if you had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past.
Dr. Marzo is the first dentist I have had treatment with wherein my experience was completely pain-free. For example, I have had both deep cleaning and filling done by Dr. Marzo. Each time I did not feel pain. Specifically, throughout the procedures, she made sure I was sufficiently numb before and after the procedure. She is compassionate and she is undoubtedly very good at her job.

By far my favorite dentist office I have visited! Very clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding staff and establishment. Dr. Marzo is thorough and detailed with her work and friendly at each visit. I feel very comfortable everytime and look forward to future appointments 🌟 10/5 would recommend! I worked at Finger Lakes Family Dental in 2017. I was not originally hired to be a dental assistant but Dr. Maria Marzo encouraged me to try and now I’m in dental assistant school pursing it as a career. Working at FLFD was an unexpected amazing opportunity that I am very grateful for. I learned so much working with Dr.Marzo and If you have the chance to work for her, I highly recommend it!

If you have insurance don't go here. They'll lie about being in network and gaslight you into thinking no insurance covers dental in full despite knowing that they aren't in network for ANY insurance. They'll stick you with bills you aren't expecting, claiming at appointment set up they need the insurance ahead of time to make sure they know what will be covered before the actual procedure, they'll do the work and act surprised when insurance doesn't pay any but they claim insurance approved half. They are very sketchy, probably fine if you don't have insurance because they run deals but they will go out if their way to make you think you're covered with them and get as much out of you before the bill comes. The tech I had was really nice but the Dr.
was absolutely nasty to her and within ear shot and was condescending and rude to me. She was insistent when I asked that dental insurance just doesn't cover everything ever anywhere. The office staff is nice until you try to get to speak with the office manager and ask why they lied about the insurance and weren't up front about the work not being covered. It's very clean and high tech but I think it's only that way to hide the fact that they are very very sketchy in other ways.

I visited Dr. MARZO contemplating crown replacement. I had my front 2 teeth crowned by a local dentist 15 years ago who had a lab in his office. From the beginning my crowns were off color and not straight. Dr. MARZO assured me that she could improve them greatly. I am so happy that I made the decision to replace them. Dr. MARZO took the time to make sure my replacements would be outstanding. My whole experience was wonderful and I wish I had Dr. MARZO make my crowns in the first place. She explained each step of the process and and made me feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and her drive for quality dentistry assured me along the way that I made a great decision. Her staff also made my experience great. They work with insurance to get the most out of them. When I tell people I have crowns, they don't even believe me! I am looking forward to the time when I can remove my mask in public to show my new smile!

She is awful. I had a toothache for which I have been waiting 5 days for an appointment. Then, she canceled my appointment while i was waiting to punch out. That was the last straw. She canceled on me several times at the last second. Done!!!!

Extremely professional doctor and staff. Facilities and tooling is clean and properly maintained. Management appears to hold staff at high standards. Producing a productive yet professional atmosphere. A refreshing experience in my opinion in comparison to a loss of pride in the work place in this day and age. Left me leaving confident in the dental work I received.

All the ladies are amazing here. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Kayla was so sweet and would ask me questions so I could feel at ease.
