My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Marzo for approximately 12 years. She and her staff are totally professional and knowledgeable. They care about your total health picture. So many folks do not understand the correlation between dental health and overall health, particularly as it relates to diabetes and cardiac problems. I recently had two veneers placed. I came away with a whole new appreciation for the professional skill needed and the cost involved. I am thrilled with the results. Friends and family have told me if they didn't know I had the work done they never would have guessed they were not my natural teeth. Don't let your fear of the dentist or a bad experience with any dental professional keep you from taking care of your oral health If you fear pain, Dr. Marzo and her staff will do whatever they can to either alleviate it or minimize it. In the long run, your body will thank you!

I received excellent and thorough service for my first 2 appointments. I was asked several times if I had any questions and everything about my concerns and treatments was explained well. They offered suggestions that have not been made to me in the past and they are working well. I would and have already recommended this practice to others.

Before visiting Dr. Marzo, I was literally afraid of 'the dentist'. I procrastinated for nearly 3 years before going in, knowing I would need a substantial amount of work done. I was put immediately at ease. I felt a genuine connection with their office. Her demeanor made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I did, in fact, have to have a lot of work done. Teeth pulled (referred out), several fillings and a root canals (referred out), all under her dedicated and meticulous care. After just over year, I am done, and have never felt better about myself. I know I'm in good hands when I visit Dr. Marzo and her staff. Another detail worth mentioning is her staff. They are amazing! They are very professional, thorough, and gentle. I just can't say enough good things about this entire office. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know.

I have been going to Finger Lakes Family Dental for a few years now and I would highly recommend Dr. Marzo and her staff to anyone! Dr. Marzo and her team are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I am always impressed with how attentive and friendly the dental hygienists are, which helps create a wonderful experience for me. Dr. Marzo completed my Invisalign treatment about a year ago and I could not be happier with the results! She worked with me and my busy schedule in order to get the exact results I wanted. I now continue to go to Finger Lakes Family Dental for all of my dental care needs. Collectively, from my experiences with this dental office, it is very evident that Dr. Marzo genuinely cares about her patients and the high-quality dental work/care she provides! Additionally, her new office is beautiful and has all top-of-the-line technology and equipment. Dr. Marzo is an amazing dentist who has a great team that works hard to create dental services you wont be disappointed with!

Since my very first visit I knew I’d chosen the right place for me. I was in need of some major dental work that was long overdue but always been scared, unsure of how to approach issue, and put off for years with temporary fixes. Dr Marzo starts off with a tour of her facility, a questioner consultation in order to make each visit personable to YOUR needs/concerns. Complementary comfort measures provided. Ex: blanket, personal tunes, sun glasses. Dr. Marzo listens to YOU first and then directly attends to the problem. She’s highly skilled and her entire staff is AWESOME! I feel like family to everyone there. She explains everything to you along the way and makes sure you understand. She is very patient and understanding. By far the BEST and I certainly appreciate all she’s done for me!!!!

Staff is courteous, helpful, understanding. Will take the time to explain billing, helpful in scheduling appointments, etc.
Hygentist always takes the time to explain what the procedures will be. Does not rush through cleanings.
Dentist is wonderful. Explains the necessary dental work that is needed, if any. Will work with you as far as any needed work that needs to be done.
Most importantly, everyone works together to create an atmosphere that puts the patient at ease. And they do so in a timely fashion. No keeping you waiting in the waiting room!!

My crown fell out Nov 13th and I called in that night around 5pm to make an emergency appointment and to my surprise they fit me in the next day for an appointment. They made a new temporary crown and fit it back in my mouth within the day and got to smile with confidence again. The staff were very nice and patient. The service was top notch and I would go back again anytime.

Dr. Marzo and her entire staff are courteous and professional. They not only provide prompt, excellent service; they educate the patient so that he/she can make the best decisions regarding treatment.

A friend at work recommended FLFD to me some years ago and after quite a few mediocre or flat out bad experiences at other area dentists I tried them. I've never looked back. I had several screw ups from previous dentists fixed as well as a cavity that was so bad I'm convinced I should have lost the tooth. Dr. Marzo basically rebuilt my tooth and it is in perfect shape to this day.
At this point my teeth are in the best shape they ever have been. The new facility is immaculate and beautiful. The staff is meticulous and professional. I travel a fair distance to visit FLFD and will continue to do so. Top notch care is worth the drive.

They made all negative comments (dentist and hygienist )and never had one thing positive to say. I have never had any dental office point out every little thing about my mouth and I should fix. I felt anxious and embarrassed. Also recommended me to have oral surgery for something I never had any other dentist mention a problem about. I saw the dentist for a total of a 1minute tops and then told me to cone back for a consult to go over my xrays and never told me if I had any problems from what they saw on them! I feel like I wasted 2hours of my time! However, they were very thorough with my cleaning so I gave them 2 stars ...other then that I felt like my visit was not comfortable.
