First time here but definitely one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve had. Receptionist was super patient with figuring out my insurance, hygienists and techs were also really patient and gentle, and lastly I left this dentistry feeling confident that my teeth are in really good shape! Dr. Chang and the team are awesome, the I think that’s the most anyone can want from a dentist.

I have received the best dental care ever from this place. Dr. Jeannie Wong DDS was my dentist and she is very knowledgable and kind. I came here for my horrible cavities and we did root canal and multiple fillings which were absolutely painless due to her awesome anesthesia techniques. She even makes the needle injections painless by rubbing against your gum. Overall, she educated me a lot on how to take care of my teeth by flossing properly and frequently in addition to brushing twice a day. Her assistant and front desk staffs are also amazing. I always received 2 days reminder on appointment and the dental technologies are also very clean and new as well just like the place inside itself. I will actually miss coming here until my next appointment in 6 months. Enough said, google reviews speak for itself.

I would like to thank Dr. Wong and the staff members for making my trips to the dentist so much more pleasant. Dr. Wong is extremely caring and knowledgeable. I'm really grateful that she always checks in with me to see how I'm feeling and if everything is okay at any given point of my treatment. Likewise, the office is well kept and organized, I'm really glad I made the switch and am looking forward to my next appointment!

My mom went here yesterday and they were super polite to her and very good with her root canal. I actually recommended this place to her because of my own great experience with it when I needed a root canal & crown. Her dentist was Dr. Lu Zhao. I don't recall the name of mine since it's been a while, but I would highly recommend any dentist in this establishment. They are all professional, provide thorough explanations of what they are doing and why, and adhere to a high level of customer service. I hope to keep frequenting this place!

It was the first time back at a dentist since Covid. The clinic is immensely clean. There are air filters in the rooms and around the hallways. They even gave me a sterilized sunglasses to use during my visit to help block the light and the aerosols produced when they were cleaning my teeth. I have sensitive teeth but the dentist (I forgot to catch her name) was very gentle and explained everything kindly. Everyone was super professional and nice. I was especially thankful for assistant Sophia who spoke Mandarin and Fuzhounese. Highly recommend this dental clinic!

I had dentist Erick Chang before who was amazing! Today I had dentist Jane Jiang who was also the same. The staff is friendly and office is clean. I recommend for anyone over 7 years old.

I had an excellent experience at this office once again!
I remember my appointments with Dr Eric Chang, and how pleased I was with his skill after each appointment.
Since last year, I received service from another dentist in his office, Dr Lu Zhao.
She has demonstrated a very high level of skill in my opinion throughout each appointment.
The dental assistant who supported Dr Zhao throughout each appointment was also very friendly, helpful, and attentive.
The reception staff at the front desk were respectful, friendly, and efficient.
The office itself was designed in a very calming, bright, modern design.
Also, the dental system and equipment that were used in the service seemed very advanced, clean, and well maintenanced.

Highly recommend. I made an appointment with Dr. Zhao based on other people’s reviews. I always feel scared to see dentists, but Dr. Zhao is extremely gentle and she explained everything detailed. Made another appointment with Dr. Zhao in half year for checking and cleaning teeth. Also, considering having teeth implant with EC dental.

So basically I was referred to Eric Chang dental by a coworker. She used to go there and told me that the doc and staffs are nice. So I want to give it a try. Cuz some dental offices hire new graduate to practice. So I asked for someone has experience for filling. One issue is that I already did a X-ray in another office, so I need to make sure if my insurance will cover for this time. So I called in in the morning and speak to Amanda, who was willing go help me check my insurance and told me to call me back in the afternoon. I called in after 3 hours at 2:25 to follow up, another front desk girl answered the phone and transferred me to Amanda. She hasn’t checked yet since they are busy. I understand so I called in again at 1610pm since they close at 5pm. I want to make an appointment for tmr. Unfortunately, the same girl answered my phone again and said something super rude in mandarin, that I heard exactly what she said when I was on the phone with her. She said “又是她，夺命连环call” ! Translated in English is “it’s her again, blows up the phone call!”. I do not think this is appropriate for some front desk should say to a customer. I am a nurse working in a hospital and FNP intern! Health care is all about service! I highly doubt how they got so many good reviews now. Did they pay for them??? I really wish this review can help people consider what they want to get. We are customers, payers, we go to spend money to get good service. If you don’t like your job, please quit. Don’t show your attitude to customers! I wish the management there really can look and make changes regarding what people say on the reviews.

Friendly staff as soon as you walk in and Dr. Wong thoroughly guided and aided me through my visits in making sure I came out confident with my now repaired teeth. Definitely recommend for anyone unsure and need a helping hand.
