I have been a patient of this dentist office since 2019, I have rescheduled a total of two appointments myself. One in May of 2021 and another just today that I got a reminder for not even 10 mins ago. This particular appointment was made and changed SEVERAL times by the older woman who recently started working there, because they were considered “too late in the day” for the dentist to be able to see me for crowns or she had over booked by accident. I had previously thought the appointment was changed to the following day at an earlier time. Yet I got a reminder for an appointment today at 1:30 that I was previously told was too late and needed to be changed. Mind you, I haven’t no called no showed at all. I called both times. The whole 2 times in 4 years I couldn’t make an appointment. And after having been at this dentist office for so long, now just today I was told of a policy where if I “missed” 2 appointments I’d be dismissed from the practice. I was never informed about the policy. My past few visits have been horrible so it’s not really a terrible loss for me. The same older woman who had issues and called me several times to reschedule things is also a dental assistant. My first bad experience with her was after I had just had surgery on my back molars, she was aggressive and didn’t seem to grasp the concept that it hurt when she was trying to get X-rays of a front tooth that the dentist had previously worked on that was causing me issues. Which is ironic because THEYRE the ones who made the referral and sent me to have the surgery done in the first place. After reading other reviews coming here after having these experiences I see that I’m not the only one that has had issues with this dental office. I’m not sure how you keep a business running having treated people so horribly. I don’t normally even leave reviews but people should be aware of what they’re getting themselves into with this office.

I absolutely love this place. All the staff is so friendly and Dr.Canale went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly dentist. She’s super sweet, down to earth, loves to sing while she generally seems to love doing her job. Just made my daughter an appt and switched her dentist to this place. I’ll be sticking with her!

I’ve been twice and had a great experience both times! Awesome hygienists who make me feel at ease despite my anxiety. I also like the feel of the waiting room and it smells nice instead of sterile. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

I went there one time, first appointment as a new patient, for a cleaning. They scheduled me for a 6 month cleaning then rescheduled on me two times. I made an honest mistake and missed my appointment I had it written down wrong in my phone (I had it for a day later for the same time), I called to reschedule and apologized for my mistake as I have NEVER done this with ANY doctors appointments before. They rescheduled my appointment then called me back 5 minutes later to tell me they are dismissing me as a patient that they are no longer taking my insurance and that I have done two no call no shows. 1) They never notified me of no longer taking my insurance & 2) I have NEVER done a no call no show for any of appointments for any of my doctors, I always call. THEY called and rescheduled on ME twice. HORRIBLE practice. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The staff at Baybrook Dental were very welcoming and kind. The waiting area is nicely decorated with high end comfortable furniture. Not your typical stuffy waiting area.
I needed a couple small fillings in my two front teeth, and was quite scared of how they may look after the procedure. Dr canale color matched the fillings perfectly!. She was very gentle when administering the needle to numb my mouth. She even took the time to make the appearance of my broken front tooth look more aesthetically pleasing.
At my previous appointment the Dental hygienist gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had, compared to other offices. This is a group of very fun ladies, not to mention the music was nice.

This dental group deserves no stars... Period. They are so rude to patients and there parents. When you call there they say "hello", never announcing the business name or anything. Unfortunately, there's not allot of places we can go so stuck here we are. Can't tell which of the 3 staff members are worse. No professionalism at all. My son said they were hurting him to a point where he couldn't take any more and they still wouldn't stop. And there is total insurance stigma going on. If they don't like low income people for whatever reason, then don't accept that insurance!

I rescheduled 3 times because of snow and my kids were sick and I did not want to take a chance of it being covid so I rescheduled and now they will not take me. So now I have no dentist because no other places are taking new patients. So they have left me with no way of getting my teeth fixed. Now I get to deal with getting infection because I have a broken tooth. Great thank you so much for putting me thought this... no one should have to deal with this.

They squeezed me in 2 days after I called as a new patient. I have to go a specialist but they did all the xrays and a full cleaning. Very professional, sense of humor and a very nice office.
