Today I went in to the Adina family dentist thinking the worst is about to happen. I needed a root canal done on a tooth that had been bothering me for quite a long time. I was scared to death because of past experiences I’ve had from other dentists. Right from the start I was treated differently. The receptionist was kind and understanding and very helpful. The dentist was very pleasant and gentle. The procedure was completed in a timely manner and No pain, none. I was amazed and very thankful. I’ve never had such a good experience from a dentist. I was scared to death for no reason. I would 100% recommend this dental facility to anyone family and friends. They are by far the best dentist I have ever had. I made two more appointments to come back for cleaning and a filling replacement. Thank you to all at Adina family Dental. I really appreciate your effort to treat and comfort me. Your the best.

I had the weirdest experience at this dentist recently. Dr. Jucan is doing teeth cleanings herself now, but she used this different electric tool and it hurt a lot. I’ve never had a cleaning that hurt. I feel they should have called me ahead of time to let me know that there weren’t hygienists. If it was a one time thing, it wouldn’t have been so weird, but she talked like she might do this forever. It was a great practice before she took over, and after going there for 30 years, I was not expecting all new staff. Also, it was the first covid appointment where I waited in a waiting room. I also waited in the patient room. I waited for a half hour, yet the cleaning was shorter, probably because it wasn’t gentle. Also, it seems like she didn’t notice my cavity at my last exam. Dr B. didn’t fill it because I was pregnant, so I’m not even sure she does thorough exams. I brought it up this time. Maybe she’s good at surgery, but not cleanings, and the practice would be ok with dental hygienists.
