Beware that you are being charged for EVERYTHING that they do, INCLUDING things they don't tell you about. More than once, I was charged for things that I was unaware they were doing or wasn't told was an extra charge. And I had to pay out of pocket, so I'm annoyed. Anyway, I just thought people should know this ahead of time.
