Ira Handschuh is a wonderful dentist with a very professional practice and an inviting and gentle manner.. He and his staff at Dental Design Center are warm and welcoming and go that extra step. I have been going to Ira for many years and have never had a single time where I was not totally satisfied. I have recommended him to others and they too have been very happy with his services. I had been to several dentists before I met him and there was no comparison. He is a high quality dentist who is extremely professional and a perfectionist with his work which is all anyone could hope for in a dentist. I have no reservations in giving him and his practice the highest recommendation.

When I first saw Dr. Handschuh I had not been to a dentist in many years, and I needed a lot of work. I spent many hours in the chair during the next 6 months, and although that’s a place nobody wants to spend a lot of time, it was amazingly pain free and easy. His work is always thorough and accurate, and I cannot imagine feeling more comfortable with any other dentist. I’m now also taking my daughter ( 5 y old), who was very scared, here. He’s extremely patient and careful with kids and focused on making it a good and exciting experience for them!

If you're in search of a professional, competent, and truly talented dentist, Dr Ira will certainly meet your expectations, and then some! I have been his patient for many years and am quite pleased with the work he's done to restore my smile, along with the constant care and concern I receive from his friendly staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile and work with my schedule (he's so wonderful I travel 1.5 hours to see him!) The veneers he provided me with are outstanding, people often compliment my smile which has been a real boost to my self esteem. Dr. Handschuh is a fantastic dentist. My wife and I have been coming to him for over 8 years. He and his whole staff are amazing. His wife Robin is always so friendly and they all make us feel like we are family. He takes time to listen to your concerns and address each issue with care and understanding. Whenever we have an issue, which there have been a few, Dr. Handschuh will make every effort to fit us in, he has even come in on a Sunday to see me. I recommend him to all of our friends and am confident you will not be disappointed.

Doctor Handschuh has been my dentist since on or about 1997. I see him at least twice a year for cleanings and typically several other times a year for various dental issues, some of which are emergencies. I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. Handschuh stands out from all my dental experiences as exceptional. He capped my two front teeth when the onlays from elsewhere came off several times. I am so glad he did the work. His work is that of a refined artist. He sees how to make you look like you were born with naturally great teeth (which I wasn't). He works with an exceptional lab director (Calvin Mun) and between the two of them you get the best — true quality and master craftsmanship. I'm so pleased with the results. Now Dr. Handschuh is my dentist.

I had a great experience with Dr. Ira! He is amiable and easy to talk to. He is also very knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to exactly what I wanted and created a step by step plan with various options to follow at my choosing and pace which made me feel very comfortable. He was also very transparent with the cost and payment options. I am very excited to work with him continuously. On another note, his Dental Assistant was very friendly and gentle. I highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Handschuh for years and get more compliments on my teeth than I can count. I come all the way from Long Island, and the results are well worth the drive. Every time I leave the office I feel more confident because of the amazing work he does. The office is sparkling clean, and the staff is so friendly, especially Robin! Dr. Handschuh always makes sure whatever work I am having done is as painless and comfortable as possible. Ten stars.
