Such a wonderful and caring practice. Everyone -from the office staff, to the hygienists and dental assistants, to the dentist- is so sweet. The office is clean and welcoming, and I have never had to wait very long for my appointment. They have been very upfront about pricing, making sure I get a print out estimate of my insurance benefits and estimated out of pocket for procedures. Cleanings are thorough, and Dr. Tompkins really took his time while doing some fillings to make sure that I had no pain and was comfortable. Looking forward to being with this practice for a long time!

Dr. Richard's is the best dentist I've ever had. I had to have a cavity refilled and it was the fastest and most gentle/relaxing experience I've had and I've had a lot of dental work. He is also very personable. He actually listened to what I had to say and made me feel cared for. I only wish he was there more often.

We loved our experience at Asheville Dental Associates (who knew one could say that about going to the dentist?)! It was my kiddos’ first time getting a full cleaning, and both dental hygienists were kind, patient, and fun. The atmosphere of the office was positive and supportive.
