This practice was very gentle with my 90+ father. We have had Joanna and Amber as dental hygienists and both knew how to work with an older patient. Amber talked with my father about basketball and his hometown to bring his “white coat” blood pressure down. The doctor would not proceed until my dad’s BP became normal. Dr. Gonzales spoke directly to my father, showing him respect. We have had good experiences.

Extremely personable and friendly staff. The hygienist and Dentist were genial, and informative,, making sure I understood what was going on and answering my 'curmudgeonly'' questions also putting up with my terrible sense of humor.
Though I must go back for an extraction, ugh!, I am much more confident, though still anxious about the pending procedure.

Appointment originally booked for 4pm two days before I received an email changing the time 3:20pm but no explanation or communication from the office. I called and I was told they couldn't do 4pm because they don't work that late. So we ended up agreeing to 3:40pm I got to the office around 3:30pm got called in past 4pm answered a few questions about my health and was told that someone was coming to take X-rays but never came. I waited on the treatment room until 4:53 pm decided to leave. Lack of communication at best.
