Thank you, Dr. Joubert for everything. The meticulous attention to detail in your work is what makes you a true master of your craft. Having crowns done on one’s front teeth is not an easy process by any means, but with their experience and desire to expedite such in such a timely and snooty manner was greatly appreciated. I’m greatly pleased with the look of my newly upgraded teeth and have had tremendous compliments regarding them. Thanks again for everything you do. 🦷

Highly recommend Arboretum family dentistry . I’ve been coming here for years, since Dr. Joubert took over the practice. Staff is very friendly. Dr. Joubert is caring & honest. I believe he truly cares about his patients. They have the latest technology which I love :-)

Have has several major things done. Crowns, roots etc.. Always heal well and quickly. Thorough exams and options/details explained. Use a lot of imagery to help

Moved back to the Charlotte area in 2019 and needed to find a new dentist for a 6-month checkup and cleaning. Arboretum Dentistry was close to my home and was told by the receptionist, they accept my insurance. After completing my 6-month checkup and cleaning, I was told that I need to have a few filings and treatment for a cracked tooth. At no time was I told the practice was out of network. I proceeded to make an appointment to treat the cracked tooth and fillings. In the meantime, I referred my wife and adult son to this practice.

Fast forward, after treating my hairline cracked tooth, I was told that my insurance was out of network and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the balance. I was shocked but paid the balance for current visit and told them to cancel my future appointments because I need to find a doctor in network. In the meantime, my wife and son went for check-ups and were never told the insurance was out of network. I asked my wife and son to cease going to this practice. A few months later, I received a $2k bill for all of us. I asked Arboretum Dentistry to separate the bill and they refused. Now my account is in collections because Arboretum Dentistry is stating that I am responsible for the entire bill.

This saga has been going on for over a year and to date, Arboretum dentistry has not disclosed why they will not separate the bills and why they proceeded to provide treatment for my wife and son knowing full well their insurance was out of network. I suspect others have had similar experiences and Arboretum dentistry should be held accountable for going out of their way to deceive their patients for a quick buck.

Avoid Arboretum Dentistry, their shady business practices should be looked into by the Better Business Bureau as well as the American Dental Association.

Dr Frederick Joubert is extremely competent in all areas of dentistry. He has helped me get through some very challenging dental issues including but not limited to cavities, infections, extractions, root canals, bone graphs, implants, and crowns. They have a state of the art milling machine in their office so all temporary and permanent crown work is done to fit your mouth perfectly. His staff including Sam and Suzie are very supportive and incredibly talented. Dr Joubert comes up with an extensive plan that takes you from where you are to where you need to be in order to maintain optimal health for you mouth for the long run. He is extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, and patient. He does all of this in a calm, organized, and thoughtful way, making sure his patients health, and well being come first.
I would rank him as a 10 in all areas. I have had many other experiences with dentists, oral surgeons, endodontists, you name it. I have finally found someone who is fully committed to each and every one of his patients.

Highly recommend this office and this dentist! Dr Joubert is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He called me later that night after my appointment to make sure I was feeling ok which made me love him even more! Entire staff here is amazing !

This was my first visit and I had a great experience. From the first walk through the door I was greeted by Jaimie who is awesome btw. She helped me get all checked in. The dental assistant who called me back I think her name was Alana, she was very knowledgeable and informative. I appreciated that. She let me know a lot of this that the doctor just came in and gave confirmation. He was very gentle and took his time. Didn’t seem to be in a rush! I’d recommend the dentistry to everyone. Matter fact I’m going to refer my entire family! Thanks for a great experience and helping getting me a healthy smile again!

I love this office! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel like you are right at home ~ I even got to choose what type of music I wanted to hear during my visit! Dr. Joubert is easy to talk to and it is really important to him that you are comfortable and happy with your results. Suzie and Jaimie go above and beyond to make you feel like family! Even my grandkids aren't afraid to go to the dentist anymore!

Such a great place for all of your dentistry needs! Exceptionalism at its best. Very thorough and patient-focused. Meets all my expectations with every visit and every phone call. Dr Joubert is very dedicated and continues to stay current with his dental practices. Office has state of the art equipment. Appointments on time!
