Dentistry At University

This is my third time visiting with this dentistry, each time that I have visited The DENTIST and his staff were very good to me, the dentist takes his time, explain procedures, makes sure you understand, he answers questions and shows his care and concern. But what I love most about this dentist is, there was a miscommunication about a procedure and once he became aware, he personally took the time to contact me and resolve the issue. If yiu would like to go somewhere and feel safe, be in good hands, I recommend this dentistry.

I loved my experience here, Dr Shaw is great. She listened to what I had concerns about and really made all my worries disappear. Great bedside manners, and great result. The staff is all very accommodating, and seem to actually enjoy being there.

I’m new to the Charlotte area and I needed to have a tooth looked at because I was in sever pain. From the moment I called, the staff was respectful and educational in regards to my pain symptoms. Dr. Shah was gentle and I can honestly say I was so impressed by the flow of everything because the office was so busy. Not only was I called back within minutes, the assistant was also gentle and nice. Nice up to date office as well.

This dentist is awful, she half cleaned my teeth. The dentist dropped the tool on my face twice and made me hold the suction. She sprayed me in the face multiple times with the water. Do not go to this practice it is awful. The male doctor that used to be here was great! This new lady doctor really sucks! Not to mention she called the hygienist that was polishing my teeth to go get her supplies while he was polishing my teeth. UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️

Very good experience. Staff is super nice and professional. They make you feel at ease. Dr Sha is so nice and gentle very informative of your problem and will give you a solution to get you to feeling 100 again.would recommend anyone to her office.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. They talked me through everything before they did it. The front desk man checked my insurance and explained to me in detail what my insurance covered and what it didn’t. Then he made sure to tell me the pricing of things they didn’t cover. Just overall 10 out of 10.

I went for a simple tooth extraction and everyone was very nice and it was relatively quick, the issue I had was I had called several dentist in the area and I choose this one because they said they had a special on tooth extractions for 250, I scheduled an appointment and got the xrays and before they did the extraction they had me pay but wanted 372 I believe? Something like that, I told them about that and they seemed to be confused, saying they are not supposed to give us prices over the phone, they gave me the discount anyway but it just seemed very disingenuous how they wanted to charge me a higher rate in the first place. Also the doctor was relatively short with me and she would not let me keep me tooth. Why? It’s my tooth!? Pretty disappointing, I’ve never had a tooth pulled before. Anyway the procedure was painless and the ladies were very nice.

The office is state of the art equipment. The techs and office and dentist are extremely nice and professional. Definitely found my home for my dental needs.

Doctors and the entire team is very friendly. They don't try to sell you any treatment that you don't need. Waiting time is very less. Overall highly recommend!

Best visit ever! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. They were very clean, through and professional. I will be going back for sure!
