The atmosphere was/is always warming and inviting. From admin desk to the treatment rooms. The facility is to die for. The staff is attentive and really knows how to make you feel cared for. No matter the extent of the treatment. I actually enjoy coming to my visits.

I had a wonderful experience Dentistry at university! From the time I walked in Mary Ann in reception made me feel welcomed. The dental assistant was amazing! While taking care of me she was also training others. She never seem to lose her (sorry I couldn’t remember her name will make sure I get it the next time I visit) composure and her attention to me as well. The assistant that she was training was warm kind and gentle. Dr. Bonner while being a no nonsense Dentist was also kind and warm. Upon leaving Mary Ann continued to be warm and kind. We even talked about essential oils lol! All in all, the experience for my son and I was wonderful! I will definitely be returning and also telling others about your wonderful service. Thank you so much for making it a good experience!🥰

I am very nervous because of previous bad experiences with the dentists. Most recently I had one of those experiences at Day and Night Dental, which brought me to Dentistry at University. I made my new dentist aware. I had been in pain for almost 2 months after the dentist at Day and Night Dental left the root in after an extraction. So during my consultation with Dr S, he assured me they would take care of it, along with 2 wisdoms one of which was impacted. So I came in today, had a comprehensive exam of my whole mouth to determine a plan of action. Dr S was not in so I had to see Dr G. No problem. He and the dental assistants, and front desk were very kind and patient the entire time (5 star for customer service)

Here is where my review rate changes. After discussing plan of action, I was prepped by given numbing gel, several injections, along with nitro. The removal of the leftover root was no problem. However, when he began to work on the upper impacted wisdom tooth, I could still feel the pain even after all of the numbing. He concluded that I needed an oral surgeon for both the upper and lower.wisdom teeth. I would have appreciated if he had made that decision after looking at the X-rays BEFORE attempting to extract. It would have saved me money, time, and unnecessary suffering. Now I’m in more pain from the site being agitated with probed, pulling and cutting. If you see from the X-ray dental surgery may be necessary, why attempt to extract? Therefore I didn’t need the nitro or any numbing injections for the lower wisdom tooth. No refund for that ($150), only for the two wisdoms which were not extracted. The entire left side of my face is in pain as the numbing is wearing off. Of course I have an ice pack and Motrin on standby. At this point, I’m over it. Aside from that (for me a big deal), they were exceptional in their care making sure I was comfortable.

I needed a root canal. I'd been in a lot of pain. They were really efficient and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The staff seemed like friends, which showed in how they helped each other with patients. I had only planned to come here for the emergency care. But I decided to switch practices and complete my dental care here.

Dr. S and his team are official! I had a lot of anxiety about the dentist and put it off for far too long; not only were they not judgmental AT ALL, they did anything and everything to make me comfortable. After my consultation we came up with a game plan to get me on track with my oral health while taking into account any financial concern. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve been in better hands. Definitely sticking with this group!

I still continue to receive the best care! The front staff are friendly, kind and I can always have a good conversation and a laugh with them. ( This is great considering most people aren’t laughing when they go to the dentist lol!) Just let me say that I don’t know how he does it, but Dr Bonner has a way of giving you a shot that is nearly painless. When the pain meds kick in, it only affects the area he is working on! My tongue and face are not numb…go figure! He is the first dentist that I have been to in my over fifty years of going to the dentist to do that. He is still no nonsense 😀 but he knows his craft and he is kind and I am glad to have met him! Keep up the good work guys!
