I could not have been happier after leaving this office for the first time today. Sharon at the front office is very efficient, and I was in communication with her quite often as she was working around my schedule, which I really appreciated. Teri, my hygenist, was extremely thorough, and she made sure I understood all she was doing and what I could to help maintain good dental health. Dr. Karan, the dentist, was extremely pleasant and provided helpful insight as well. I was thoroghly impressed with the professionalism as well as their interest in me as a person, which I thought was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. It was a great experience.

DoC is great! They have a fantastic location, I can literally walk there from my place, and are very clean and put together. The waiting room was pristine and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely welcoming and explained everything to me in such simple terms. My wait was just about 5 minutes before being seen by Ms. Teresa. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, quick, and comfortable. She made sure I felt at ease the entire time and she was so fun to talk to! The entire staff is great and I actually look forward to my next dentist appointment.

When Dr. Newell retired, Dr. Lliljana Karan took over his practice. I had seen him for 30 years so I was unsure. She has far exceeded my expectations. She is young and easy to talk to as well as being brilliant and professional. I had never thought of having Invisalign but with her guidance I have done it successfully and I am so pleased. I highly recommend her. Of course I miss Dr. Newell's very funny personality and great work etc but she has brought so much modern innovation to the office I am pleased that she came to Steele Creek. Can't say enough great things about this office. I came in for a routine cleaning with the hygienist, Terri and she found a cavity. Terri was gentle and thorough during my cleaning, showing me where I can floss better and focus on brushing better where I was missing. What I love is that this office staff is easy and fun to talk to and non-judgmental. I was able to immediately get my cavity filled. Dr. Karan, the dentist and Cathy the dental assistant took great care of me during the filling, worked gently and had it done in no time. Sharon, the front office manager helped me through my insurance and payment process and made everything effortless. Everything in this office is clean, comfortable and a calming and beautiful atmosphere. I am really enjoying coming here. If you possibly have fear of a dentist, as many people do, come here. They will take care of you and make you feel at ease.
