New patients should be aware that, although the receptionist says that they will check with insurance to make sure everything is covered, they do not. Or, if they do, they don't tell you that a particular procedure is not covered until they present the bill to you. Every other dentist I have been to throughout my life has ensured that I know exactly what insurance will cover, and if not, why not. In our case, both my spouse and I had x-rays taken which had previously been taken within the time limit of insurance coverage. Those films would have been included in our records from our previous dentist, so either they didn't look, didn't ask us about it, or didn't care and wanted to make a few extra dollars ($260 between us when we had expected $0 copay).
The dentist that examined me was not the dentist featured on their website. Further, when I asked about my pocket, he did not seem to know what I was talking about, and just told me to soften my toothbrush. My previous dentist had taken a photo of the pocket, and showed it to me. I know what it is, but he apparently does not.
Unprofessional business practices. Unknowledgeable professional staff. We're moving on.

This dentist office is great from the moment you walk in the door. The reception is always so friendly and the lobby is always very tidy. I’ve been here twice both for routine cleanings and check ups and both times they’ve been efficient with service and I always feel great after my appointment. After my very first appointment they were able to get me scheduled very quickly for a cleaning. Flash forward to my 6 month cleaning and it was again another great experience. I had a small chip in my tooth and Dr. Haynes was super quick with fixing it! I was amazed. I have nothing but positive words about this dentist office and will continue to come.
