My wife and I have been patients at Park Crossing Dentistry for over 20 years. We have always received superb professional treatment along with the most friendly and encouraging attitudes from the Dentists, Hygienists, and other office staff you could possibly ask for. We recommend that anyone needing dental services consider this Dentistry.

No sitting in the waiting room for an eternity? Check! Friendly staff? Check! No issues with claims that go on and on? Check!

I have been going to Dr.Bateman for several years after getting a recommendation from another long-time patient of his. I am always taken at my appointment time, if not earlier. I don't spend another 20 minutes sitting in the chair waiting for a cleaning. Cheryl has always been my dental hygienist - she is super friendly, doesn't gouge at my face anymore than necessary and is very efficient. Once my cleaning is done, Dr. Bateman usually comes into the room within minutes and gives the grill a once over before I am free to go. He is very friendly and I always feel comfortable with his examination.

Once done I receive a plastic bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and an appointment card for my next visit. Dr. Bateman teases me that with my good teeth that he can't make any money off of me - and I am just fine with that.

I typically make my next appointment for 6 months later while I am at the office. Once making the appointment I receive an email confirming it and then shortly before the next appointment I receive an email to confirm the date/time. Their office is located off of Park Cedar Dr and is relatively easy to find. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the desk staff has always checked me in and out quickly. I love Dr. Bateman and his staff and I highly recommend!

My wife and I have been patients of Drs. Bateman/Neubauer for the past 23 years. The expertise of each, and their fine, caring approach to their patients is the reason we have had a long history of care by these two dentists. The dental assistants, the hygienists, the office staff are very pleasant and are extremely patient-oriented in discharging their responsibilities.

Considering that I have not been to a dentist in probably a decade, mainly because of re-location in four states during that period and just not getting established with a local dentist, Dr's Pendse and Neubauer, as well as the support staff were cordial, kind and professional. They made any angst easier to take with their detailed explanation of what would happen and how they would conduct the procedure, without the lecture of why I have not maintained routine dental visits.

I was impressed and feel that what was accomplished and the follow up visits will be something to look forward to.

I would highly recommend their practice to anyone.

Due to transportation problems we had changed dentists for several years. Today our visit to Dr Batemans Office was a far better experience. We will certainly again be regular patients of his dental practice.

I typically hate going to the dentist, any dentist, even for cleanings. I get very anxious, which sometimes leads me to put off regular cleanings. This is why I am writing today. I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience with Dr. Newbauer and the staff at Bateman Family Dentisty today, I had to make sure that others like me with anxieties about dental work have an opportunity to hear from one of their own about this AWESOME practice!

I used a Groupon for a cleaning and unfortunately, I had THREE cavities, yikes. My anxiety was through the roof knowing I had to come back. But Dr. Newbauer, who did my exam was very nice and had a gentle touch, so I scheduled the fillings with him.

I am so grateful I did. He filled all three today and I can honestly say that he is one of the best dentists I have ever worked with. He was friendly, talked to me about everything he was going to be doing, checked with me often to see if I needed anything and I never once felt pain. The novacaine injections were nothing. He had such a gentle touch and I was done before I knew it.

I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Newbauer. The staff are friendly and do alot to put you at ease. All in all, an exceptional experience!

I absolutely love how well you’re taken care of here! Cheryl always takes great care of her patients as well as the other doctors! They’re thorough and careful, and they are informative the entire time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else that’s for sure!!

I met with Dr. Emerald Powell today because I had an issue; she and the entire staff were very friendly and informative, making sure I understood all my options! I definitely recommend this dental practice.

I have been going to Dr. Bateman for 20+ years. He is not there much now, but the new dentists are nice. I go now because of how wonderful Addy and the front office team are.

This was a great visit. I was able to change my appointment to be able to go on the same day as my wife. The cleaning was fast and I was able to get a cavaty fixed on the same day. I was able to get some free teeth whitening modes made since I've not missed a visit.
