Dr. Neubauer was very thorough and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The hygienist, Addie, was amazing. I barely knew she was cleaning my teeth that's how gentle she was. Again, this is an amazing group and I am so grateful to have found them.

It is very rare to walk into a dental office and experience such friendliness, warmth and caring. I have known Dr.Bateman for years, and recently had the pleasure of meeting Drs. Neubauer and Pendse. They are both the perfect additions to his already fantastic team, having the same level of integrity and professionalism as he does. Those are rare and special qualities to find in doctors today! Every single team member makes me smile from the front desk, to the hygienists and to the doctors. They are amazing! They helped me tremendously. I had a tooth extracted in florida and I was having severe pain in the area. They seen me right away and xrays showed the dentist left part of the root in my mouth and they got me in to see an oral surgeon right near their office to get it taken care of. They honestly go above and beyond for their patients!!

I had my 2nd visit today at Dr. Bateman’s office. It is by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr Bateman is terrific. An added bonus to the experience is the superior quality of staff and hygienists who work there. Annie Harris has been my hygienist for both visits and she is phenomenal! I highly recommend having her do the cleaning as she is very thorough but not rough, exactly what you need. You can’t go wrong here!
