Dental Office is total fraud. I went for a couple procedures. They advised me to purchase a second dental policy. They proceeded to misinform me about the amount the insurance would cover. The result is $1599 bill after my co-payment. Rather than own up to their mistakes. They turned it over to a collection agency. I would even be willing to meet them halfway on the balance. It's an all or nothing proposition form them, if that is how they want to be than they will get zero.

I just moved to the area from Florida so I was looking for a new dentist. Someone I work with recommended West Lake Dentistry and I just got done with my first appointment. The entire staff was so nice and friendly and it was an overall great experience. They were very clear on everything they were doing and looking at and explained everything. They answered any questions I had and I really could not have asked for a better experience!

Moved to the Denver area a few years ago. Came across a Lake Norman magazine that had a feature on West Lake Dentistry. My wife wanted to see if the office would work for us and the rest is history! The office is new, modern, and clean. The front office staff always greets you with a smiling face. Dr. Naylor and Dr. Brooks are great! And I can honestly say I have never had better dental cleanings ever! I also love when Lincoln is there during my appointments…he’s the best!

The administrative staff , hygienists, assistants, and the Doctors are by far the friendliest yet most professional staff you will find. Just had a cracked tooth fixed and have yet to feel anything. As good as it gets!
